Note : Size of tray is tentative and may vary as per site requirement. Any minor item needed like PVC pipes for water draining etc shall be included in quoted rate.

Taking down old unserviceable Fan coil unit of any size and supply,fixing, testing and commissioning of new Fan Coil Unit of 1200 CFM having single phase motor with double shaft complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
