Taking down carefully the existing exhaust fan any capacity and cable dismantling blades and removing fan and blades keeping in safe custody.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated FRLS single core copper cable multistranded conductor 1.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade drawn through non metallic and including heavy grade PVC conduit ISI marked with all accessories concealed to wall/ceiling /fixed to roof/truss etc grade in and fixing arrangements on wall/ceiling including termination in existing Juntion box complete with cover plate of suitable size , fixing on wall surface for housing switches/sockets /regulators etc. with and including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor connecting to the common earth dolly etc for one light point/Fan point controlled by one,one way switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 148 above but for one 5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on independent board all as specified and directed.

All as srl item No 148 above, but 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor FLRS (Multistranded) PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volt (ISI marked) and 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor as continuous earth wire for 3 pin socket multipurpose 15 Amps/geyser on indipendent board all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 148 above, but for one bell/buzzer point controlled by push button 5 Amp on independent board all as specified and directed.

Fixing only exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose/connector to fan all as specified.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose 3 phase /PVC polycrabonate isolated body.

S & F modular switch 1 way 6 A 1 module all as specified.

S & F socket 6 A 2/3 pin combined 2 module all as specified.

S & F socket 6A/16A -2/3 pin combined 2 module all as specified.

S&F Modular switch 1 way 16A, 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix modular bell push 6 A 1 module, as specified and directed.

Supply and fix lamp holder , PVC polycharbonate type with back plate suilable for batten fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing geyser 50/25 ltrs capacity insuitable position drilling holes on wall ,fixing four Nos anchor bolts,nuts and washers and connecting to the water and electric connections and testing complete all as directed.

Refixing LED fittings any cap with all accessories incl flexible wire 0.75 Sqmm multistranded copper conducter for making connection of light fitting to ceiling rose/connector block complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED bulb of capacity 9 watts all as directed.
