REPAIR TO ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL : Removing unserviceable 3 way locking device complete excluding lock & handle and S&F new 3 way locking device made to shape as required all as specified and directed.

Removing existing unserviceable lock of Almirah Large steel & S&F new lock of brass five levers with duplicate keys and fixing in proper functional position as original shape all as specified and directed. Make : RAINA/REENA/BAJRANG

Removing of existing unserviceable handle of Almirah Large Steel & S&F new handle of CP Steel heavy duty including necessary nuts, bolts, washers etc all as specified & directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Removing of existing unserviceable legs of Almirah large steel & S&F new leg made of 1mm thich MS sheet made to shape and provideing two coats of olive green or silver grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as shown on drawings and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE OFFICE OFFICERS/CLK STEEEL : Removing unserviceable lock from drawer and supply and fixing for new lock of brass 4 levers of Make:- Harrison or equivalent with duplicate keys all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing old unserviceable drawers of table office clerk steel / officers and replacing with new drawer made out of 1mm thick MS sheet made to shape all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE TOP : Removing existing unserviceable top of table dining Ors and providing new top of size 1920x680mm made out of 18/19 mm thick commercial block board (BWR) medium density covered with 24 gauge aluminium sheet 12 Nos screws wood steel CSK of sizes 40mm for fixing the table top all as shown in drgs and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable top of table office officer/ clerk/ typist steel, Teapoy Varandhah, Table 900 x 900 x 760 mm steel (with or without drawer) and Table 900 x 900x760mm steel with new 18mm thick prelaminated particle board (exterior grade) one side decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white with teak wood beading 4mm thick alround the top all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR TUBULAR WITH ARMS /WITHOUT ARMS : Removing existing unserviceable seat from chair Tubular Steel with arms S&F new seat made of hard wood (teak) duly canned with 2mm wide half round white plastic cane of Brand "Shah" in Godrej Pattern cross bands and borders, fixed with suitable nuts, bolts and washers all as specified and as shown in Drgs.

Removing existing unserviceable seat from chair Tubular Steel without arms S&F new seat made of hard wood (teak) fixed with nuts, bolts washers etc duly canned with 2mm wide half round white plastic cane of Brand "Shah" in Godrej Pattern cross band and borders all as specified and as shown on Drgs.

Provision in replacement of Flat iron Stiffener two numbers at required place on each chair tubular steel size 430 x 25x 3mm to rest the seat. Flat iron shall be fixed with gas welding all as specified and directed.

PAINTING : Material and labour for denting where ever required making the surface smooth after removing the old paint, filling putty at required places and M&L spray paint (two coats of synthetic enamel paint) externally to Almirah Large steel of OG/grey/white shade of 1st quality synthetic enameled paint make : Shalimar /Johnson/ Nicholson make and brand as approved by GE all as specified and directed.

Frame of the head board shall be made of teak wood duly covered wit 6 mm thick plywood one side teak faced (ISI Marked) in front & 6 mm thick commericial ply wood (ISI Marked) in back, with beading of required size alround the head board made of teak wood all as shown in Drgs and as directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable broken cane of various furniture articles, cleaning of holes, recanning of there articles with white colour plastic cane 2mm wide 0.3 mm thick half round with beading of 4mm wide plastic cane partially rounded & cross bands at centre to centre of seat. Canning shall be as per Godrej parttern all as specified & shown on drgs. Cane of Shah/ Kohinoor make.

Removing existing unserviceable / broken top ot tables of different size and supply and fixing new tops of prelaminated particel board 18/19mm thick interior grade of natural teak face prelaminated one side with declorative choice lamination and other side balancing white provided with 4x18/19 mm teak wood beading alround and fixed with screw wood steel of appropriate size complete all as shown on drg and duly polished with french polich all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO SOFA SETS : Removing of exisitng old unserviceable legs from sofa sets and S&F new legs of seasoned teak wood duly polished as per drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable cushion of sofa set and supply and fixing cushion of size 560 x 530 x 100 mm of cool foam of 32 density duly covered with best quality tapestry cloth as approved by GE/ Engr-in-Charge. The cost of tepestry not less than Rs 300/- per mtr. Cushion shall be make of : Sleepwell /Kurlon all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Polishing of chair dining long back with french polish, complete all as specified and directed.

Modification / conversion of charpoy GI pipe & Nylone Neewar into hard ply top by providing 12mm thick ply wood, ISI marked, BWR grade, commercial both side.including High Density PU Foam min of 6 inch thick Mattress with 36 month warranty Comfort level : Extra Soft Make :- Sleepwell/Kitply/ Century/ National of size 1950 x 900 mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge NOTE: Rates quoted for srl item No 01 to 18 complete are deemed to include following provisions/conditions:- (a) No T&P will be provided by dept, contractor make their own arrangement for the same. (b) Complete work will be executed on the basis of receiving and delivery vouchers for furniture and repair of furniture needs to be completed within 2 days of receiving furniture for repair, in case of delay penalty of Rs 200 per day will be imposed on contractor or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Resposibility of manpower,vechicle for collecting and delivery of furniture before and after repair to their required locations will be of contractor . (d) No fooding and lodging will be provided by dept,contractor shall make their own arrangement for the same to the manpower engaged in the contract. (e) Water and Electricity will not be provided to manpower engaged in contract for cooking and daily routine work however Rs 300 per person per day will be charged if contracual labour uses electric and water within DRDO complex subjected to availability and permission of EIC and approval of Accepting Officer . (f) Drinking of alcohol,misconduct to dept rep/users/contractual labour by contractor or their rep, unauthorize movement, use of tobacoo in any form,,any kind of recreational activities outdoor/indoor are strictly prohibited within DRDO complex and violation will attract penalty of Rs 5000.00 per event.

Supply and fix electric water heater,storage type steel body with copperinner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessoriessuch as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring one light point controlled by one switch complete with PVC insulated multistandard, single core, 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor with 1.5 Sqm PVC insulated earth continuity copper conductor drawn in and including suitable size of PVC casing capping complete including 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet including of 2mm thick pressed steel terminal sunken box for housing switch socket etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- colour coding of cable should be maintained as phase- Red, Neutral- black, earth- Green.

Material and labour for power point wiring controlled by one switch 15/16 amps with 15 amps socket on independant board complete with PVC insulated multistandard, single core, 4 Sqmm copper conductor with 4 Sqm PVC insulated earth continuity copper conductor drawn in and including suitable size of PVC casing capping complete including 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet including of 2mm thick pressed steel terminal sunken box for housing switch socket etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- colour coding of cable should be maintained as phase- Red, Neutral- black, earth- Green.

Supply and fix for socket outlet 3 pin, 15 Amp, flush complete all as specified and directed.
