Taking down of existing 165 HP pump Sets including disconnection of electric connection from starter to motors, disconnection of discharge and suction pipe line and removing from foundation to shift aside in the pump house complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Pump set shall be handed over to stores and necessary RV shall be submitted.

Taking down of existing starter with sheet metal enclousure from pannel foundtion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for suction gauge 3/8" BSP on suction side complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for pressure gauge of suitable size and capacity on delivery side 3/8" BSP with sypher and cock complete all as directed and specified.

S&F CI Non Return valve of 200 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Sluice Valve, Cast Iron body, Stainless Steel Spindle, Gun Metal Rings including Wheel for operation, Flanged and Drilled, 200 mm bore of pipe, confirming to IS - 14846, Class PN -1.6, Long Body type including all Joints with Rubber Gasket and Jointing Materials, Bolts, Nuts, Washer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for CI foot valve, conforming to IS:4038, 200 mm dia, with brass strainerd fixing to its position complete all as directed and specified.

Supply, installation, testing and connecting Fully Automatic Star Delta starter with sheet metal enclosure, fixed on wall complete with Thermal over load relay, single phase preventer, backup fuse, 'OFF and ON' Push button, contactors, timer, pre wired complete suitable for 3 phase, 165 HP pump motor capacity all as specified and directed. M&L for PVC insulated unarmoured, single core, multi stranded copper conductor 95 sqmm, 1100V grade laying in ground incl cutting the existing floor and making good the disturbed surface complete, for connecting pump set to fully automatic star delta starter all as specified and directed.

S&F and testing of CI, heavy duty, Specials of any size, radius and length confirming to IS-1538 Part-I to XXIII: 1976 such as bends [any type, radius and angle], tapers any type [straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc], sockets, tail pieces, connecting pieces, tee pieces, [all sockets or socket and spigot or Flanged], collars, caps and plugs, (required for shape as per site ) adopters etc suitable for CI pipes up to 250mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for fabrication of MS plates not less than 4 mm thick or angle of any section of Fe 410W, Gde E-250, Quality-A Plain or chequered channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment with riveted, bolted or welded attachment including cutting/clearing the existing drain, painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint black colour/shade over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Earthing complete with Galvinised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanised strip 32 x 6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of copper earth plate all as shown on Electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. NOTE 1: The unit rate shall also include for earthwork in any type of soil, PCC(1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick RCC cover slab reinforced with 6 Nos of 8mm dia TMT bars both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 50mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on SSR Part-II at page No. 445.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pump set including demolition of old PCC and necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.
