Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

4)Sub-Leasing/G.P.A of Work is Prohibited, 5) 2. Contractor has to make his own arrangement for procurement of all materials required for the work. There is no departmental supply of materials. Contractor should procure only ISI mark materials and submit necessary quality control certificates from the authorized quality control authority, before execution, 6)The employer reserved the right to accept or reject any of the tender without assigning any reason, 7)1 percent Bill Amount of the Successful Tenderer will be deducted as Labour cess, 8)5. Contractors who have not completed the works in time in this division will not be entitled to Bid and if participated it will not be considered, 9)6. The Defect liability period is 365 days. The contractor has the liability of maintaining the work done to a period of 365 days from the date of completion of the work at his cost, 10)Performance Security: with in 20 days of receipt of the letter of acceptance The successful Tenderer shall deliver to the employer a security deposit for an amount equivalent to 5% of the contract price.(as per section 24.1), 11)The Contractor Should submit the Income tax Registration certificate and Clearance Certificate of income tax and Sales Tax of Previous year from Concerned department.

12)Tenders must be accompanied by additional SECURITY DEPOSIT(At the time of agreement) in Form of BANKERS CHECK/DD/ PAYORDER in favour of EE MI Division Payable at MYSORE to an amount equal to difference in cost of tender amount, if quoted below the amount put to tender, 13)Bidders shall upload scanned copy of original tender documents only. Xerox copies attested by Notary are not accepted. Such tenders are liable for rejection, 14)Sinking of borewell should ber carried out by rig machine bearing FORM NO 7A approved by competent authority. After sinking, success full borewells should be safely capped and in case of failure, borewells should be safely capped and proper safety measures should be taken to avoid dangers as per the Government order MID/10/AJAA/2012 BANGALURU DATED 31-12-2012 declaration should be submitted in form IC in this regard, 15)The contractor should have rig machine bearing FORM NO 7A approved by competent authority OR contractor should have MOU with the contractor having rig machine bearing form No 7A approved by competent authority and the same should be up loaded, 16)The contractor should have an electrical licence OR the contractor should have MOU with the electrical contractor and the same should be uploaded, 17)Rigs should be capable of drilling borewell minimum 1000 feet in all strata including over burden upto 20 meters

18)The rig shall be super fast Hydraulic rig of capacity 300 PSIG and above, 1100 CMF and below document should be uploaded, 19)Certificate to be uploaded 1Rig RC Book 2 Rig Insurance Copy 3 Rig Fitness Certificate Issued by competent authority4 Rig Compressor Capacity Certificate, 20)The tenderer can participate for any number of District tendere will be consider on the number of drilling Rigs owned by the tenderer, 21)The Contractor should abide to the safety rules and regulations issued by the Government with respect to drilling of bore wells, 22)19. In case if the bore well fails due to non-availability of water, it is the sole responsibility of the successful contractor to close and cover the bore well suitably as specified by the Government, 23)Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. For calculation of tender capacity contractor should submit existing commitment

24)The Tenders are invited from eligible Tenderers as per Standard tender Bid Document KW1, 25) Royalty charges will be deducted from contractors running bill as the per prevailing G.O.at the time of payment. Commerce and Industries Secretariat Notification No.CI 81 MMN 2014 18th February 2018 see sub rule i of rule 36 Royalty, and Mines and Geology, rules and regulations amendment Act, para 36 &para 92 of 1994 and as per the and Circular issued from Director Mines and Geology Department, Bengaluru letter no 2019 20 4493 Dated 03.12.2019 are to be followed, 26)Contractors have to upload the Certificates of works in hand of any Department/Institutions failing which the tender will not be considered. Action will be taken as per clause 3.2 in case of incomplete/ false documents regarding works in hand, 27) The contractor shall quote the rates without adding GST for either materials or works contract(service).GST payable by the contractor under this works contract will be paid to the contractor over and above the contractors bid amount, 28)The Executive engineer, reserves the right to accept or reject any Tender, and to cancel the Tender process and reject all Tenders, at any time prior to the award of Contract, without there by incurring any liability to the affected Tenderer or Tenderers or any obligation to inform the affected Tenderer or Tenderers of the grounds for the Employers action, 29)Typographical errors if any will not be the ground for any claims by the contractors, 30) GST & EPF registration certificate from competent authority is compulsory, 31)IT & GST will be deducted as per Government prevailing orders, 32)In case of death of a contractor after executing the agreement / commencement of the work his legal heir if an eligible registered Contractor and willing can execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work

33)As per the Karnataka Building and other Constructions Workers Welfare Cess Act 1996, 1% of the bill amount will be deducted from the bills, 34)The contractor should adhere to the accepted execution plan submitted by him under any circumstances without linking to the pending payment of the work, 35)Original documents should be produced for verification at any stage of the tender process, as and when sought for. Failure to produce original documents will lead to disqualification. work done certificate should have all the details CR no, work order issuing date, work completion date and year as asked in bid document, 36)The Applicant shall be registered in KPWD/CPWD Organizations and shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by GOK/GOI, 37)Restrictions on Public Procurement from Bidders of certain countries as per Government order No. FD 455 Exp-12 2020 Bengaluru dated:01-04-2023, 38)The agencies participating in the tender shall be registered in the Construction Labour Board as per the G.O. No. LD 300 LET 2006 Dated:18-1-2007 and Addendum No. LD 95 LET 2013 Bengaluru Dt:1-4-2013. Also the contractors entrusted with the work shall employ the labours only who have registered in the Karnataka Building and Construction Workers Welfare Board failing which the contractor shall be liable for any further action as deemed by the authority.

39)The Contractor is fully responsible for the Equipment / Material until the same is handed over to the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER in an operating condition after commissioning. The Contractor is responsible for the proper maintenance of equipment / material as well as protection of the same against theft, elements of nature, damages etc., while in his custody as well as after erection until the same is taken over by the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER under due acknowledgment in writing, 40)Each Item Of BOQ To be read as with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading charges and as per the direction of Engineer in charge, 41)Uploaded drawings are for TENDER PURPOSE ONLY, 42)It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee into the respective receiving bank accounts of KPP PORTAL on or before the last date and time of bid submission, 43)The tenderer shall also disclose if there are any bankruptcy proceedings against him, 44)The tender processing charges paid by the bidder/ firm/ company are not refundable even if the tenders are cancelled, 45)For payments related to GST, contractor should abide to prevailing FD Order no 417 EXP-12/2024 bengaluru dated 09-08-2024, 46)The Bidder shall quote Rates WITHOUT adding PREVAILING GST for either materials or works Contract (Service)GST payable by the contractor under this work/contract will be paid to the contractor
