Dismantling of existing SF6 Breaker from the structure. (3 Nos=1 set)

Erection of new 230KV CVT in the structure

Welding charges for Existing earth connection released and alteration of New CVT earthing connection.

Releasing moose ACSR conductor between CVT to wave trap and kundah conductor between CVT to line conductor.

Providing moose ACSR conductor between CVT to wave trap and kundah conductor between CVT to line conductor and fixing of new healthy clamps.

III .Replacement of 3 Nos existing 245KV Current Transformer (CT) at 230KV Indoor Switchyard in NCTPS-I. Transporting of new 245KV current transformer and its accessories from Central stores to 230KV outdoor Switchyard. (3 Nos=1set)

Removal of moose conductor connection from Tower end

Dismantling of existing 245KV Current transformer from the structure. (3 Nos=1 set)

Erection of new 245KV Current transformer and its accessories on the structure (3 Nos=1set)

Restoration of moose conductor at tower connections no 1 end jumper.

Welding charges for alteration of Current transformers earthing connection (3 Nos = 1set)

Reconnecting the dropper jumper between main buses after replacing the existing old conductor by new jumper, which involves taking measurement, cutting new conductor for required length, cleaning the new jumper, PG clamp & connecting PG clamp to new jumper and tightness checking in Indoor switchyard. (Replacement of pedestal CT)

IV. Replacement of 3 Nos Isolators at NCTPS-I. Releasing the isolator blade, top support insulator in switchyard

Replacement of damaged PT insulators in ‘B’ isolator of Y phase of Bus section CT (Replacement of damaged PT insulators)

Replacement of 24 nos existing LAS due to ageing and obsolescence in 8 Nos feeders of 230 KV switchyard at NCTPS-I. Assembling of new LAS stack one by one and reconnect the jumper connection and assisting with MRT testing.

Cleaning and tightness checking in Power Transformers, Fixed and moving contacts in 230KV switchyard, main bus/ Transfer bus, LAS, Neutral grounding transformers in NCTPS-I. Routine cleaning, tightness, checking and assisting in MRT testing works and attending glow, changing the defective clamps if any, finger contacts and moving contacts, etc, in 230KV SF6 breakers, Isolators, LAS, CVT, CCm wave trappers for quarterly maintenance.

Cleaning and tightness checking of 3 nos HV bushings and 6 Nos LV Bushings (52/25MVA station transformer)
