CA NO. GE AF NO.1 / GUR-58 / 2026-27 DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL SUBSTATIONS, ELECTRICAL FITTINGS OF E/M INSTALLATIONS AND MISC AREAS AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF E/M INSTALLATIONS WITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT 54 ASP AF STATION GURGAON UNDER

Rectification of complaints of HT UG/OH electric distribution network by attendng daily complaints including Sunday and holidays for round the clock and making the same serviceable in all respect alongwith replacement of any major part but including small length of cable (not more than 20 mtr), adhesive tape and other connected minor accessories shall also include to visual inspection of OH lines, Earth Resistance of transformer, switch gear, GOD switch etc. Quoted rate also include excavation of faulty cable and making seviceable with accessories like joints, Fuze wire for GOD switch complete all as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rectification of complaints of LT UG /OH electric distribution network, street lights by attendng daily complaints including Sunday and holidays for round the clock and making the same serviceable in all respect alongwith replacement of any major part but including small length of cable (not more than 20 mtr), adhesive tape and other connected minor accessories shall also include to visual inspection of OH lines, Earth Resistance of transformer, switch gear, GOD switch etc. Quoted rate also include excavation of faulty cable and making seviceable with accessories of all nature like No light, faulty insulator, broken conductor & cable fault , burnt out MCCB`s, MCBs, isolators, switch fuses, service cables etc upto DB in buildings/OTM area complete all as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

(viii) Cost of materials for laying of cables, stretching of OH conductor, burnt out joints, fuse wires, insulator and jumper will be measured and paid separately under relevant items as Material & Labour. (ix) The contractor will have to provide additional resources as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge for speedy disposal of complaints as and when required. If any manpower is absent penal charge @ Rs 1000/- per person will be levied to the contractor. Penal recovery @ Rs 500/- per complaint per hour will be levied from the contractor in case of late attending of complaint after reasonable time or 2 hours whichever is more as decided by Engr-in-Chage / GE (x) The scope of work cover all complaints received from above concern power houses will be lodged/docketed/attended/completed. The completion will be rendered on complaint register as well as on docket.

Nature of fault may occurs given below :- (a) Blown out fuses (b) Faulty Insulator (c) Loose GOD male & female contact (d) Fault cable joint (e) O/H conductor broken (f) Broken jumpers (g) Tightening of stay (h) Stretching of broken loose fault conductor and binding on insulators up to 3 span (j) Contractor will provide all the tools such as HT/LT meggar, Insulation Tester, Wrench, Rope, Bamboo ladder, search light and other tools and will maintain them in working condition all the time. (k) Tightening of service connection as preventive maintenance (l) Proper Uniform shall be provided by the contractor for pers employed on duty as desired by Engr-in-Charge. (m) Tracing fault manually in LT/HT electric lines and underground cable network (n) AC Complaints like connection / disconnecting

(o) Fault HT/LT switchgears (p) Switching ON/OFF street lights at appropriate time as directed by JE/Engr-in-Charge. Penel recovery for Rs 100/- per day will be recovered if street light not put ON/OFF at appropriate time. (q) The area covered under the above power house consists of HT/LT overhead lines. HT/LT underground cables, distribution transformers, HT/LT switch gears, streer lights etc, including HT 11 KV incoming and numbers of outgoing HT feeders for the complete area. (r) Any other electric complaint which is considered essential by the department. (s) Confirmation on completion of any nature of major complaints will be intimated to JE concerned to the area or Engr-in-Charge immediately. (t) The contractor will observe all labour laws as prevalent during the currency of work enacted by Central/State Deptt as well as Labour Commissioner Act. He shall also ensure, payment of minimum wages to the persons employed as per labour laws in vogue.

(u) Insurance, Education Qualification and experience certificate for the personnel employed on duty shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge before take over the installation. (v) The contractor will provide the rain coats, gum boot and hand gloves in winter, summer & rainy season. (w) Contractor will have no rights to object the work carrying out by other contractor at substation or HT/LT distribution system of the power house area under comprehensive maintenance. However necessary handing taking over the assets will be carried out between the agencies. (x) Contractor will provide vehicle (3/4 wheel) for attending the complaint under above power house area.

Material & Labour for surface cleaning of LT steel tubular poles 9 mtrs long including removing rusted particles painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide including stand cross arms, bracing, supports,clamps eye hooks, security light bracket clamps etc providing blue & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with blue strip using synthetic enamel paints incl repairing and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include marking of numbers with self adhesive stickers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall including the repairing of coping with cement / PCC (1:2:4)

Material & Labour for cement base paint for PCC pole 9 mtr including blue & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with blue strip using synthetic enamel paint and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide including cross arms bracing supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket, clamp etc incl repairing and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include marking of numbers with self adhesive stickers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall including the repairing of coping with cement / PCC (1:2:4).

Material and labour in replacement of broken earth pit of size 300x300x300 mm made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, and earth pit cover made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways with handle made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and including reconnecting of earth lead of any type with new nuts, bolts and washers as required at site with testing result all as specified and directed.
