M & L Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber spread thickness 200 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete

S & F for Roof tiles, ridge tiles, Ceramic coated Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints including pointing of ridge joints with cement mortar of 1:4 mixed with colour pigments to match with the surface of ceramic coated MP tiled roof all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

S&F stainless steel letters of 450mm height and proportionate width on granite slab.
