SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF FILTER PLANT AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT OLD SWIMMING POOL NO 2 IN DINJAN MIL STN

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of pressure sand filter capacity of 15 gallon per hour / 70 cum per hour fabricated from MS Sheet of shell thickness of 6mm and dish end thickness of 8mm . Filter shall be of size 2800 mm dia , 1600 mm hos. pressure holding capacity 5.0 kg/cm2 incl frontal facing pipe, necessary valve fittings etc alongwith air compressor/ air blower complete with all fittings line 200 NB butterfly valve , ressure guage at inlet and outlet side as required and provn for back wash and rinse, airline and regular cleaning of clog in the filter bed by air, water sampling port with valve and filled with media of different sizes of pebbles, gravel, sylex, and treated sand , filter media should be pebbeles , gravel sylex of 400mm and 600mm treated sand layer, incl two coats of epoxy paint inner and outer surface and complete with MS structure including inner connection pipes of suitable size and length complete with all necessary fittings like bends, tees, reducers etc or as required at site to make good the connections incl the following accessiories, filter feed pumps alum/soda ash dozing systems etc all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge incl removing and transporting the unsv plant to MES store yard,. (a) Filter feed cum recirculation pumps -02 Nos, (b) Alum dosing system (c) Soda ash dosing system : (d) Motor control panel board and all technical specification aand OEM recommendations and as given in Particular Specifications, complete all as specied and directed (NOTE- COST DEEMED TO INCLUDE THE TRANSPORTATION AND MANPOWER REQUIRED FOR SHIFTING OF UNSV PLANT TO MES STORE YARD AT GE DINJAN)

Supplying & laying in trenches 150 mm nominal dia ductile iron pressure pipe for water mains, centrifugally cast, spigot and socket ends (for push on joints), class K7 in any length, conforming to IS 8329-2000, including Rubber gasket joints (push on joints) with cement mortar lining and necessary DI specials, outside shall be zinc coated with finishing layer of black bitumen/blue epoxy coating duly ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Rubber gasket joints (push on joints) shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M & L in repairs for rising stem type CI sluice valves (ISI Marked) having double flanged SS spindle for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 14846: 2000 (Reaffirmed 2010) of preferred materials, nominal size 150 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets, a pair of rubber gasket ISI mark, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & Lfor rising stem type CI sluice valves (ISI Marked) having double flanged SS spindle for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 14846: 2000 (Reaffirmed 2010) of preferred materials, nominal size 100 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets, a pair of rubber gasket ISI mark, complete all as specified and as directed.
