Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness etc in roof coverings/cladding/eave etc complete all as specified.

S&F galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting, with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hooked bolts with washers in roof, 0.63mm thick, grade-O quality, with 120 grms/sqm zinc coating and grade 'B' Class 8 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, roof coverings with two corrugation side lap fixed with L' type or 'J' type or cranked hooked bolts and dome type bitumen washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-serviceable sheets obtained under item No 01 above shall be re-used.

S&F Galvanised plain mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thickness fixed with 'L' type or 'J' or cranked hook bolts with washers, in roofs as in ridge etc all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.00mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in eaves board & straight flashings (length & girth as fixed) with welded and soldered joint to be provided all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down (Steel/ Wooden) chowkhats of frames of any description n.exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 7 here-in-before, but exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1sqm and not exc. 2 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No. 9 above but refixing of shutters in same opening, of any descriptions exc 1.0 sqm but.n.exc 2 Sqm each.

S & F Pressed steel frames made out mild steel sheet 1.25 mm thick, with size of frame 105 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates etc and applying a shop coat of red oxide primer including providing PCC 1:3 :6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded crush stone aggregate for filling back of chowkhats, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel hold fast made of flat iron conforming to 410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified.

PCC 1:3:6 type c-0 (using 12.5mm graded crush stone agg) in back filling of pressed steel door frame and bed block for hold fast complete.

S&F of 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters for doors, open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats with all necessary fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick, plain framed, panelled door shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fitted to chowkats with all necessary fittings all as specified & directed.

S&F for solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube supply and fixing as specification and drawing.

S&F of factory Made Solid panel PVC door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded and wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & 5mm thick x15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (900 ) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading plain colour PVC sheets for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

M&L coloured/printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm, laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-ditto- but on vertical surfaces such as skirting incl including 9 to10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured/printed non skid ceramic tiles 7 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 but not exc 0.16 sqm laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/shade) of 450x300x7mm / 350x 250x 7 mm / 450X 350X 7mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid beded and pointed in any mortar, complete all spd and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite stone (slab) of any colour/type, (table rubbed and polished) work as in floors/ vertical surfaces, cooking platforms and like, set in neat cement including pointing in white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment, complete all specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete to ground floor(unreinforced) and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish of out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment and including screed bed of 20mm thick in CM (1:4) etc.complete all as specified

S&F factory made steel box type window with fly proof shutters having box type frame and shutters including MS grill of 10mm sq bar welded with FI frame and 4.8mm thick double glazing securing with 10mm MS hollow section with rubber gasket and all connected accessories complete all as specified.
