M & L for servicing of Solar street light fitting of 2x11/1x11 watt capacity including servicing of module cleaning, battery inspection, checking of distilled water in battery , inspection of electronic circuits etc.

Supply & Fix in repair battery box for battery housing suitable for solar light fittings

Supply & Fix in repair battery 110 AH 12 Volts suitable for solar lights

Supply and pore battery electrolyte (distilled water with acid) once in every quarter for each battery

Supply & Fix in repair luminaire assembley for 1x11 watt LED lamps (new solar light fittings) with complete accessories all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repairs to solar water heater system by checking the leakage / sepage of the system if found rectified through the authorised dealers. Draining out the system by opening the cold water out let and hose to the bottom tank,dry out the system refilling the same after rectifing the leakes ,topping up with anti freeze solution of soft water,check the corrosion sacrificial anode,replace if found defective,clean the collector of capacity 100 LPD complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in repair CPVC pipes 20mm, SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair thoughened Glass 6mm for Solar Water Heater Flat Plate collector, fix and seal as recommended by the manufacturer and all as directed

Taking down the defective / unserviceable street light/perimeter light/Garden light/Bollards/Flood lights fittings of any wattage, from the buildings/poles/post tops for repair and refixing the same after carrying out repair (replacement of spares like LED driver, surge arrestor, etc shall be measured and paid seperately) including attending complaints received through online for non-ops lights

S & F in replacement die cast aluminium IP66 LED Flood Light luminaire, 150 Watt capacity all as specified and directed Make : Cat part No: JETAIRISFLS150WLED757PSYMLTG of Havells or eqvt in CG / Philips

Supply and fix in replacement LED street light 60 watt made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 Make:- Havells Cat Part No ENDURAPEARLNEOSL60WLED757PASYTOPC or equivalent in Crompton/ Phillips

All as per Item Ser No 3 here in before but capacity of 25 watts

S& F in replacement Bollards fittings 8 watt, IP 65, diffuser at the upper portion acts as a beacon of path guidance and necessary PCC foundation (of size 20x20x20 CM type C1 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) for fixing including necessary cable connections all as directed. Make : Havells cat part No CONEBLS8WLED830PSYMTOPC(0.6M) or equivalent in Phillips/Bajaj as approved by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in replacement LED Post top lantern 15 watt, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells cat part No CORALMINIPT15WLED757PSYMYOPC or equivalent in Phillips/Bajaj as approved by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core including dismantling of old U/S cable

All as per item no. 7 above but 16 Sqmm 2 core

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying/repair of cable.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.

Supply and lay brunt bricks class 'B' of standard size in trenches for protection of UG cable.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in pedestal / coping of pole and in Road cuttings including form work If necessary .

Supply and fix in repair GI tubing 40 mm bore, light grade fixed to wall/floor and laid in trench complete for cable protection including fixing arrangements.

S & F for Hard PVC junction box of size 200x150x150 mm weather proof with three phase and neutral link connector and necessary cable gland- 2 Nos for LT UG cable 10/16 sqmm 2/4 core and locking arrangement and fixing with existing PCC / steel tubular electric pole above the copping with suitable MS clamps, nuts & bolts and necessary electric connection etc.complete all as specified and directed

M & L in replacement sub main wiring with two single core 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia including accessories fixed on poles with proper bracings complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two runs of 1.5 sqmm, one run of 1.5 sqmm conductors and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit

S & F GI pipe bracket 40 mm medium grade dia not exceeding 1.2 mtrs long bend to shape suitable for fixing street light to PCC/steel pole including suitable size MS clamps, bolts, nuts, washers, etc

Supply & Fix in repair LED driver suitable for 60 watt street light fitting, 240 Volts, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed
