Bed Hard MAP Drg No: FD/E6/MAP/08 (R)

(a) Taking out old unserviceable plywood top 12mm from Bed Hard and S & F of new plywood commercial 12mm BWP Grade of size 6.5'x3' including required nuts, bolts, washer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(b) Removing of unserviceable stiffener and S&F new MS square tubing stiffener support to plywood, size 18mm x 1.6mm thick with applied synthetic enamel spray paint black complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(c) Taking out unserviceable MDF board from head rest and replace with 18mm MDF board with PVC edging screwd to MS strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(d ) Taking out unserviceable MDF board from foot rest and replace with 18mm MDF board with PVC edging screwd to MS strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(e) Removing of unserviceable shoe and S & F new hard rubber shoes as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Charpoy IP with hard top Drg No : FD/MAP-II/01

(a) Removing the existing unserviceable plywood top the charpoy hard top and replacing the new Plywood top 12mm thick 900mm x 1980mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(b) Taking out old unserviceable nut and bolts supply & fixing new GI nut & bolts including washers of appropriate size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(c) Removing of unserviceable shoe and supply & fixing new PVC/hard rubber shoes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Locker Bed Side Drg No : SKD-562

(a) Removing unserviceable handle and S & F CP handle 125 mm with nut and bolts as per drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(b) Removing unserviceable locks and S&F locks 6 lever as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(c ) Removing unserviceable locking device and S&F new device including MS Rod rest all as per drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(d) Taking out unserviceable hinges S&F new hinges of reqd size as per drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(e) Taking out unserviceable legs S&F new legs made out of 1 mm MS sheet as per drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(f) Taking out unserviceable shelves and S&F new shelve made out of 1mm MS sheet as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(g) Taking out unserviceable shutters and S&F new shutters made out of 1mm MS sheet as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(h) Taking out unserviceabled drawers and S&F new drawers made out of 1 mm MS sheet as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(j) Taking out unserviceable conduit pipe and S&F new conduit pipe 20 mm dia of 1.6 mm thick MS CP as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(k) Taking out unserviceabled pegs and S&F new cp pegs with three hooks complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Table Bed Side Drg No : FD/E6/MAP/15 (R)

(a) MS square tubing 18mm thick x 1.6mm thick x 600mm high for holding the joints of table bed side on top and sides complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(b) Taking out unservicable top of table bed side and providing new top of Prelaminated MDF board exterior grade18/19 mm thick with PVC edging BWR grade of size 450mm x 450mm and shape as shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(c) Taking out unservicable sides of table bed side and providing new sides of Prelaminated MDF board exterior grade 18/19 mm thick with PVC edging BWR grade of size 450mm x 450mm and shape as shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(d) Removing of unserviceable shoe and supply & fixing new PVC/hard rubber shoes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Painting to steel furniture Drg No : SKD-562, FD-106 & FD-1002/1003

(a) Locker Bed Side steel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(b) Rack 6 tier steel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

(c) Table office offrs steel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
