Material and labour for brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed at any height incuding necessary scaffolding if required at site.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in floor, hardstanding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of steel work in tubular Section as in trusses, post, purlin, rafter etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rolled MS plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with welded attachment with MS angle confirming to Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square eads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm long, diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing tensile fabric sheet cladding to wall, roof truss, canopies etc fixed with self tapping screws or nut/bolts as per manufacturer's instructions of any colour, size, pattern all as specified and as directed. Note : Design, pattern, colour and weight/thickness of sheet shall be approved by GE.
