M&L for dismantling / opening / taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any make/model and sweep for overhauling/servicing, cleaning and lubricating movable parts with suitable lubricating oil/grease and refixing at same/different location and connection complete from ceiling rose with new flexible copper cable of suitable size, testing and commissioning after completion of the work. Note : Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

M&L for preparing old painted surface of ceiling fan of 1200/1400 sweep and spray painting evenly and thoroughly with synthetic enamel paint of approved color and quality including writing MES Number on painted surface of ceiling fan with synthetic enamel paint of approved color and quality all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here in before but for Exhaust fan of size 400/450 sqmm sweep.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 sqmm sweep dia of any make/model including removal of existing burnt winding carefully from slots, cleaning the slots throughly with suitable cleaning agent, applying slot insulation and rewinding with suer enamelled copper conductor of same gauge/same number of turns as that of existing and connecting the coil operate on 230 V, single phase, AC supply, permanent capacitor type, tapping the winding and applying air drying the winding throughly and all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 here in before but for rewinding of Exhaust fan of size 230/250/300 sqmm sweep dia.

Supply and fix in replacement of Energy efficient (5 Star rated) ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, 1400 RPM, single phase 230 / 240 volts AC with necessary fitting and connceting with cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan including taking down carefully old ceiling fan with necessary fitting and making good to damaged surface of wall/ceiling to match existing finish all as specified and directed. Make : Cat Part No ES- 505 of Havells or equivilant makes mentioned in list of makes at PS Note : Old Fan to be deposited to E/ M Store yard.

Supply and fix in replacement of Heavy duty Exhaust fan continuous duty with louvers, double ball bearing. silent operation, rust proof body and blades with fixing arrangements of size 450 mm sweep, 1400 rpm, 240V complete all as directed Make Havells Turbo Force SP or equivilant makes mentioned in list of makes at PS Note : Old Fan deposited to E/ M Store yard.

Supply and fix in replacement of wall mounted fan 400 mm sweep completed fixed to wall with nut bolts etc 3 core cable from connected to celing rose including taking down old unservicable air circulator fan all as specified and directed. Make Havells Platina HS or equivilant makes mentioned in list of makes at PS Note : Old Fan deposited to E/ M Store yard.

Supply and fix in replacement of Exhaust fan continuous duty with louvers, double ball bearing. silent operation, rust proof body and blades with fixing arrangements of size 300 mm sweep, 1400 rpm, 240V Make Havells Ventil air DS or equivilant makes mentioned in list of makes at PS Note : Old Fan deposited to E/ M Store yard.

Supply and fix in replacement of Fresh air fan continuous duty with louvers, with fixing arrangements of size 250 mm sweep, 1400 rpm, 240V, Make Havells Ventil Air - DX White or equivilant makes mentioned in list of makes at PS. Note : Old Fan deposited to E/ M Store yard.

Supply and fix in replacement of Fan clamp fabricated out of 25x5mm MS flat fixed on angle iron/truss/GI Tubing with bolts, nuts, rubber bushes and washer etc complete suitable to fix ceiling fan including painting the exposed steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic enamelled paint all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of down rod 15 mm dia for ceiling fan, factory made using MS tubing heavy duty grade duly painted with synthetic enamelled paint over coat of red oxide primer to any length and at height as directed, including necessary cutting/making holes etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Switch Piano type 6A 240 Volts complete all as directed

Supply and fix in replacement ceiling rose surface type Bakelite 65x50 mm with three terminals complete all as directed

Supply and fix in replacement of Ball bearing (6201/6202/6203) suitable for ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep

S&F Electronic fan regulator stepped socketted type

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring such as Light/Fan/Power/Bell/Two way point with removing switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc taking into credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc

S&F in replacement of point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated sheathed multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts drawn through and including rigid non metalic conduit/Casing caping medium grade ISI marked minimum suitable size and its accessories complete along with 1.5 sqmm cable but in green colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dolly completely concealed/surface in walls/ ceiling/ roofs including 1.2mm thick MS sheet terminal boxes duly fabricated flush mounting in the wall for mounting switches, switch socket combinations , fan regulators etc as required with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover all as specified and as directed for the one ceiling / exhaust fan point controlled by one switch. Note : Necessary PVC,rigid,concealed type junction boxes for identifying junction as required on site directed for point wiring work with PVC dummy plates shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate

All as per item No 25 here in before but with cable of size 4.0 Sqmm, for one 3/5 pin socket out let 15 amps on independent board with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover all as specified and as directed

Removing unserviceable geyser 25 Ltr capacity from any position after disconnecting the inlet and outlet connection, depositing to MES store and Supply and fix new 25 liters capacity electrical geyser white/half white, copper container inner tank with fiber reinforced body (FRB) puff insulation for both inner tank & for hot outlet copper connection pipe with all in built in safety accessories like thermostat/automatic thermal cut out with ON /OFF /CUT out indicators all pre-wired and additional safety accessories like pressurer release valve/presure reducing valve, non return valve,fixed in same or new location as ordered/required as per manufacturers instruction with suitble size nuts & bolts, making necessary connection & testing on completion complete all as directed. S & F in replacement 3 Layer PP-R Polypropylene randon copolymer, thickness of pipes shall be all as per IS-15801, concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN.16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene randon fittings fixed complete to wall, Outer dia of pipe 20mm.

Removing the Geysers from building and taking out or dismantling following unserviceable items/parts from water heaters of any capacity/make /model, supply and fix in replacement of following items/parts of same capacity/type/model, connecting up and testing all as specified and directed :-

Heating element 1.5 KW capacity AC 230 V conforming to IS code screw/flange type.

Heating element 2.0 KW capacity AC 230 V conforming to IS code screw/flange type.

Thermostat controlled switch for controlling temperature range 30 degree celcius to 70 degree celcius for 25/50 ltrs geyser

Indicator lamp any type suitable for water heaters upto 25/50 litres capacity.

Plug top 3 pin 15 amps.

Supply and fix in replacement of 450mm long PVC connection suitable for hot & cold water supply with cromium plated brass screwed nuts at both ends with washers fixed in repairs for making water connection of inlet & outlet from geyser to GI pipe 15mm dia.

S&F in replacement rubber gasket flat/'O' ring type suitable for water heater

S&F in replacement copper cable cord flexible 3 core PVC insulated and overall PVC sheathed of size 2.5 SQ MM fixed in repair for making connection of Gyesers as directed.
