OVERHEAD INFORMATORY ROAD SIGNAGE: (At Jaipur Junction of Indian Railways) Manufacturing, supplying and Fixing retroreflective overhead signage boards made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retroreflective sheeting confirming to type III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-In-Charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC:67-2001 in silver white with blue color background and with high intensity grade, pasted on substraight by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure confirming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts and nuts @ 300mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in 02 vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two OR more coats of epoxy paint in grey color on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Structural Frame work Including M.S Plate to be provided seperately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).

ILLUMINATED SIGNS: Providing and fixing illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per relvant drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

SIGN FRAME:-The sign frame shall be made out of aluminium extruded sections fabricated to required sizes and shape. Item to include providing and fixing of aluminium channel spot welded to sign frame including channel supports are to be powder coated to match as per apptoved colour or in colour duly approved by Engineer-In-Charge. The inside edge of sign frame to have EPDM gasket where it gets in contact with the sign panel as per approved design is required.All powder coating shall be done on all internal as well as external surafaces. The Sign shall be internally lit with the specified luminare (LED MODULE) and item to include providing and fixing luminare and fixtures comple as per the technical specifications for electrical works.

SIGN PANEL:- For elevated and underground stations. Providing and fixing sign pannel made out of 04mm thick polycarboate sheeting with vinyl message (3630/7725 series 03M OR equivalent) to required sixe and shape. Vinyl colour to match graphics and text as per schedule and pasted on sign panel. All the confont in the signage will be plotter cut/screen printing. The signage will be laminated for the protection of plotter cut vinyl pasted on sign panel. For double side

REFLECTOR PANEL:- Item to include providing and fixing embosed aluminium mirror reflector panel as per approved specifications and make, with provision to hold luminaries in position.

BACK PANEL:- For elevated and underground stations. For single sided signs, where graphics/text is to be on 01 side. Item to include providing in embosed radiant mirror reflector, back panel to be pure polyster coated to match as per approved colour as per technical specifications. ACCESSORIES:- Providing and fixing all accessories such as magnetic catchers, hinges, spring clips, anchoring hooks, nuts, cleats, screw hooks and slots etc complete as per specified fabrication drawing. All anchor fastener, bolts etc to be SS-304 Grade. Above description holds good for the following signage unless otherwise specified except for modifications due to their respective finished dimensions and fixing arrangement OR unless otherwise specified.

ILLUMINATED FACE MOUNTED SIGN:- (At Height of Roof at Entry/Exit and at room height of Underground Metro Stations Badi Chaupar and Chhoti Chaupar) The sign frame is to be mounted on BRICK/RCC wall backing with cladded or Non cladded.Item to include aluminium sign frame of required size and shape including mounting the sign frame on the RCC/BRICK wall backing by drilling holes of required diameter in the RCC/Brick Wall and achoring the sign frame using HILTI FASTENERS or Equivalent or specified size and length and providing and fixing all item and accesaories including silicon sealant and backer rod of approved make complete as per drawing for following panel sizes. The mounting surfacesshall be required and finished as per surrounding area complete at no extra cost. This sign is to be necessarily signle sided only. All achor fasteners, bolts etc to be SS-304 Grade. (SIZE: 2400mmX900mm Approx. OR 5200mmX1000mm Approx. Depth of SIGN DEPTH: 75mm OR as approved by EIC)

STANDEE SIGNAGE:-(At various locations near Amer Mahal, Albert Hall, Hawa Mahal, Nahargarh and Jantar Mantar in Jaipur City) Supply and fixing standee sign board (Size- 09 Feet total Height, 05X04 WxH Feet Board, 1.5 Feet foundation) made of the following specifications, 75mm SS Round Pipe (Grade 304) for 02 vertical pillars, 40mmX40mm SS Square Pipe frame welded and finished properly. Facia in UV Printing (As per approved matter letters & images given by JMRC) on 3M Vinyl pasted on 03mm ACP (Exterior Grade) fixed with SS frame with Rivets complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Standee Sign board is to be fixed with foundation in cement concrete (M-15, 1:2:4, 20mm aggregate size) of size 450mmX450mmX450mm (02 Nos) for each board at different locations as per the directions of Jaipur Metro.

Supply and Installation of Vinyl Sheet (03M) in UV Print on existing signages at metro stations of Jaipur Metro.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retroreflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick framed to angle iron 40x40x5mm with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing including all material, labour.
