Overhauling of actuators (K60,K150,K300 & K600) by removing the actuators from Spray staition, EBD, DRUM Air vent line and completely dismantling of center column, worm & worm wheel auto/manual clutch mechanism along with yoke, limit switch transmission drive shaft, motor switch mechanism and complete inspection, cleaning of individual components rectification of defects if any found in clutch, center column, spring washer other components, changing of damaged center column oil seal limit switch drive, shaft oil seal ‘o’ rings motor ‘o’ ring, reassembling of all the components, setting limit switch, including of oil drains and topping up, reassembling the same after rectification/reconditioning valve and actuators, checking the Manual/Remote operations of the valve with actuators. Including Consumables and T&P’s.
