SCHEDULE 'A'

Repair to pot holes, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming, including supply of road metal/ aggregates, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparing of existing black top surfaces of road by using air compressor, brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., and applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 3kg/10 sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam with 4% binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen laid using mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capcity consolidated thickness 75mm or less complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri 50mm thk filling in berms along the side of the road, spread, levelled and rolled including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shell (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacture's instructions. all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made up of ABS plastic orange colour of size 100 CM dia fixed with clamps including (1No) MS pipe 75mm dia of length 2.4m duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling of old mirror post and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 45cmx45cmx45cm including returning filling and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repair retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets at 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up of M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repair Retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm diameter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67:2001 with required colour scheme on the boards and with high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
