The Bidder should submit Work done Certificate/Experience Certificate For supply of Poly Aluminium Chloride powder, Liquid Chlorine, Sodium hypochlorite, Oxalic Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, EDTA and Liquid Soap to any government departments for value not less than 83 lakhs as prime contractor for single work in last three years i.e. 2022-23 to 2024-25( Multiple Work done for same year will not be considered). Work done shall certified by Executive Engineer and above rank only. Work indent number must be mentioned

The Bidder should submit letter of authorization from Manufacturer for all the chemicals listed as per required IS specification in the relevant format as per the standard bid document.

Tenderer in his name should have achieved an annual financial turnover of Rs.2.45 Crores (at least in any two financial years in the past three years i.e. FY 2022-23 to 2024-25) in supply of Goods only, the turnover certificate should be certified by chartered accountant with UDIN.

The bidder should submit unconditional Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement for the value of Rs. 36.75 lakhs issued by nationalized or scheduled bank. The bidder should clearly mention work indent number in the certificate as per the prescribed format
