Providing, fixing and applying Plaster of Paris (POP) false ceiling consisting of frame work made with 50mm sq M.S. tubes of 18 G thickness as main runner at 600 mm c/c both ways, suspended/ supported with M.S. flats 25x4 mm from existing R.C.C. slab, finished smooth to line and level including necessary supports, scaffolding etc. as required and also including applying a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer over the M.S. frame work & suspenders complete Including providing and fixing expanded metal of size 5.25 mm x 1.25 mm thickness welded to main runners and applying POP (calcium sulphate semi hydrate variety) to the expanded metal of thickness not less than 10 mm

Providing and fixing of MDF board panels of approved design made out of 19mm and 25mm thick MDF board including moulding of required design, ply wood base and wooden frame work wherever required all complete Job as directed by EIC

Supply and fixing of Roller blinds manullay operated of required size, shape, design and make including all necessary fittings and installtions all complete as directed by EIC

Remolding of existing wooden almirah including fixing of 19mm thick laminted shelves and 8mm glass shutters with required Mica all around the frame and other fixtures and fastenings complete Job

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Providing and applying of Deco paint pf approved brand and manufacture, shade incluidng primer all complete Job

Providing and fixing of Walnut wooden hand carved board of minimum thickness 40mmk with writted incription and Logo as required including polishing and fixing in position complete.

Servicing of existing 2 Ton AC's including Gas filling, repairing and making fully functional as directed by EIC

Providing and fixing of following types of switches, sockets, with Gang box and allied accessories including dismantling of existing switches and sockets with terminations as required.
