Schedule 'A' Section - I

M&L for surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and avg 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified.

M&L excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc getting out in Hard/Dense soil all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soil, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or for similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cubic metre, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M & L Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8, as in foundation filling & mass concrete, using 40mm graded coarse aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling, lean concrete and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete cast-in-situ type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintle upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing.

M&L Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly roundedor chamfered angles andthroating, as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate ) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, copings,pintle hinges, plinth band, bed blocks and like slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including necessary form work, all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc,complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Form work to edges of concrete exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm wide for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete.

S&F Mild steel work for framed work such as grills, (12mm sqm bars for window / ventilators for guard bars) grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bendings spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc, complete all as specified.

Mild steel bars (TMT bars) 5 mm dia and over up to including 10 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including hooking ends and bending in stirrups, spacers and binders with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips in reinforcement for concrete all as specified.

S&F for mild steel work in tubular hollow section. Post, purlin, raftrs, runner etc. including special shaped washers etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to latest IS complete all as directed.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric n exc 4 Kg/Sqm complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Coloured Prepolished chequered cement conc tiles (30cmx30cmx25mm thick) in white cement and pigment in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded aggregate for laying floor finishes. finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base to flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L For Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble(old ofr new), uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width of girth and treated two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified.

M&L two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over zinc chrome red oxide primer on new or prepared old treated steel surface of any description, not otherwise described, n.exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor single core 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC Surface conduit (ISI marked) with all connecting accessories fixed on channel including Recess Metal Wall Box (GI), PVC insulated and unsheated standard copper conductor single core of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly (switch and sockets to be measured and paid separately) proper colour coding will be maintained complete all as specified for the following.

(a) One light / Fan point controlled by one way switch 5 Amp.
