Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc. 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Aluminium (powder coated) sliding glazed shutter of suitable size of 3 lane with frame including fixing glass, cleats, glazing clips, rubber gasket, aluminium snap beading and locking arrangement at both end all as specified and as shown and drawing. Notes: (i) Thickness of powder (epoxy polyster) coating shall not be less than 50 Micron (ii) Shade/tint of powder coating (epoxy polyster) shall be as approved by GE.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint over 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall projection, face of chhajja, projected face of roof slab and face and side of sun shade etc. by brooming down or scrapping sown with steel wire brush and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of distamper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick, over and including 20 mm thcik cement screed base in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and beeswax polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 16 mm thick (minimum) in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid over and including 10 mm cement screed in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and beeswax polishing complete.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work, surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium batten point wiring for light / fan / socket / bell or power point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volt grade drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit of size not less than 20mm, ISI marked including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuity, fabricated branded modular flush box duly make embossed, concealed in walls with suitable modular inner and outer plate for housing switches, socket outlets and fan regulators etc. completed all as specified and directed for the following: -

One light / fan point controlled by one switch single pole one way.
