Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605 mm, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 4mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber / GI / Aluminium framework with screws cement plain building boards, fixed to timber frame work with screws as in ceiling, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling boarding, any description fixed in any position with nails, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Unframed timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section and in any position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations spreading and levelling in layers not exc. 25 cm thick including watering and consolidation, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hardcore of guage not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floors, hearth or wall tilling including cememt mortar beding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar (1:3) for vertical surface finishes for tiles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floor, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface etc. complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing non-skid ceramic joint free tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 but not exc. 0.18 Sqm as in floor set and joint in cement slurry, jointed & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of the tile complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x250/ 450x350 mm (5 to 7 mm thick) as in vetical surface set in cement slurry jointed & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as per architectural drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 4.00 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing sheet glass, in square exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers in each pane complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work/stone work incl raking out joints, hacking for key ,scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of wall care putty (1 mm thick) and chalk whitening primer complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
