Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for SGVT ceramic light shade matte/ Glossy finish tiles 10 mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement laid over 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. (Colour and pattern of tile as approved by EIC and work to be execute through skilled labour) Make :- Kajaria or equivalent in Somany /Johnsion/ Nitco

M & L Glazed vitrified coloured tiles of 10 mm thick in glossy / matte finish with size 2 x 4 feet (600 x 1200 mm) fixed in vertical surface with 10 mm thick backing layer of good quality tile adhesive (MYK Laticrete 325+ / Roff) (qty of water should be mix as per manufacturere's instruction) fix to wall, joint shall be kept as 3mm filled with epoxy. to attain the best result 3 mm thick tile spacers to be used,Masking tape shall be put before putting the eposy grout & the grout shall be throughly cleaned immendiatlycomplete in all respect as specified. (Colour and pattern of tile as approved by EIC and work to be execute through skilled labour) Make :- Kajaria or equivalent in Somany /Johnsion/ Nitco

M & L Virified Ceramic tiles light colour 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick cement screed 1:6,complete in all respect as specified.

All as per item No. 4 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces over and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in dado/vertical surface (300mm x600mm x 7-8 mm) thick fixed with chemical adhesive Fevi Mate of equivalent and joint shall be kept as 3mm filled with epoxy. to attain the best result 3 mm thick tile spacers to be used,Masking tape shall be put before putting the eposy grout & the grout shall be throughly cleaned immendiatly, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Non skid joint less coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. (approved by EIC) Make :- Somany or equivalent in Kajaria/Johnsion

M & L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over including screeding 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on wall complete in all respect as specified. Colour and pattern approved by EIC) Make :- Somany or equivalent in Kajaria/Johnsion

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 15mm bore dia of pipe including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete in all respect as specified
