Surface excavation in soft/loose soil not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out, complete all as specified.

M&L for Soling or sub base, 200mm (spread thickness), with broken boulders or quarried stones, interstices filled, surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller, complete all as specified.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted average thickness) of WBM with using granite trap or basalt in two layers (75mm each layer compacted thickness) coarse aggregate (sand stone) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) blinded with stone screening type ‘A’, spread, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller & consolidated to required camber & gradient, complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparing WBM top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming/tack coat of paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm with mechanical sprayer of road surface by sprayer operated by hot pressure mechanism, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item 4 above, but on existing black top surfaces and tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified.

M&L Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness (Design Mix) using minimum 5.5% binder content paving bitumen (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid with self propeling mechanical paver and rolling with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to the required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using minimum 5.50% binder content(paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver and rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to the required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller including watering as ncessary filling in hollows and depressions to required gradient and camber in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified including the surface required for brick path.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exc 10 Sqm on plan,for laying of cable and getting out,compete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

M&L precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stone, corbels, with plain fair faces, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered complete all as specified.

M&L for Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick/concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, etc complete all as specified.

M&L Hardcore of broken bricks of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface below interlocking tile , complete all as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in 75mm thick sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed

S&F 60 mm thick (M-35 Grade) factory made, machine pressed,precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape with grey cement and pigment, confirming to IS-15658:2006, set and joints grouted in fine sand, laid over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls of any description (road side kerb square stone), over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exc. 50.00 metre and n exc 250.00 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick each layer, complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing and marking broken/continuous central/end line on the road pavement and the like of any description and width using hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick (excluding thickness of glass beads) and providing reflective glass beads @ 250 gm per square metre as per IRC-135,confirming to MOSRT&H, complete all as specified. Make-STP/Asian Paint/Auto Mark. Note:- The painted surface shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks or surface underneath, if necessary, the surface shall be repainted untill the desired results obtained.

M&L 300 mm dia reinforced cement concrete pipe, class NP-2, laid and jointed with collars in floors, trenches etc, complete alll as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for columns, hooking ends, as in stirrups,spacers , binders and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete, FE-500/550 confirming to IS-1786-1985 all as specified & directed.

Use and waste rough finished Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc, vertical or to batteretc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Use and waste rough finished Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping). complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (20 mm graded aggregate) for Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses and the like and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (20 mm graded aggregate) for slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies , deck slabs and in the shelves and the like and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (20 mm graded aggregate) for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete and the like and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed.
