M&L for wrought Second class hard-wood in scantlings frame work incl Dismantling of timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position unframed work, complete all as specireid and directed.

M&L for Weather boarding, clean sawn, plain, 20mm thick or feather edged 15 mm to 20mm thick and fixed with 30mm laps including dismantling of old boarding, complete all as specireid and directed.

S&F 15mm thick second class hardwood boarding as in ceiling planed one side, with butt joints and fixed with nails including beading, filltets, cornices etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 6mm thick Non Asbestos fibre cement /Pre Laminated self embosssed texture designer board E-Board classic size 595x595mm, HPSC (High pressure steam cured) to be fixed or inserted to pre laminated GI frame work for seamless ceiling size 600mm x 600mm with main runner 38x24x0.9mm thick, cross tee 8.6x24x0.9mm and wall angle 19x19x0.9mm duly suspended with 2-3 mm dia GI bar hangers 1200mm centre to centre both ways fixed with steel dash fasteners or from purlin from the roof with alignment clip incl Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 9mm thick plywood, grade BWR fixed with screws to frame work as in false ceiling including dismantling of old boards, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges, tubular pipes cut to shape,drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including dismantling and making good surface matching with exiting surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.
