Supplying and filling Foundation &Plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry laying layers nit exceeding 150 mm thick, watering and ramming including cost conveyance royality and taxes of all materials, cost of labour T & P etc. as required for the work complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

P:C:C: (1:4:8) using 4 cm. size H.G. (C.B) metal including the cost of all materials, labour carriage, royalty etc complete.

Fly Ash Brick masonry in C.M. (1:4) in founadtion & plinth and super structure having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg / cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 2%.

Fly Ash Brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) in super structure having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg / cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 2%.

C.C. work of M20 grade with 20 mm down grade chips (C.B.) including Hoisting & laying in proper position with cost with cost conveyance taxes labour ,T & P Etc.

12 mm thick C:P (1:6) finished smooth

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on brick work including all cost conveyance royalty & taxes etc. comp. to work site per 1sqm

Painting two coats with weather seal coat over a coat of water bound wall primer.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
