Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (weather full thickness removed or a part thereof, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC padding 1:2:4, type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of average thickness 50 mm to be provided in slope fixed with chicken wire mesh, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:4, using WPC, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

APP modified roof treatment over existing accessible RCC roof slab/chajjah/canopy/ parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc; complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP with a density of 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyster fiber of weight not less than 160 gsm/sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10 cm side laps and 15 cm end lap, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 with jointing and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of complete all as specified and directed.

- ditto - all as per item No.8 here in before but except tiles including cleaning of mortar from fricks complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in brick walls making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm girth, complete all as specified and directed.
