Design fabrication Supply and erection of Pre Engineered Bldg Steel structure for provn of Hangar of Size 100x60x08m clear height including motorised hangar doors with sirens (electrically operated) with wicket doors on both side of hangar and turbo ventilator provided to roof of hangar, using Galvanised or Zincalume profield colour coated steel sheet 0.68mm total thickness (with coating and painting) as outer sheet and 0.5mm Galvanised sheet (as per manufacturers profiles) in wall clading roofing with silver painting as in roof from inside and camouflage paint as in outside hangar complete all as specified including fdn with RCC (M-30 design mix) and excavation & earthwork incl ATT thereafter, bird proofing, drain, cable duct & necessary civil work as designed by IIT. Adequate water drainage facility on the roof of the hangar and drainage ducts on the floor along the side walls are to be provided. all as specified and vetted design and drawing by any IIT (Refer DESIGN PARAMETRS given in tender documents) and approved by Accepting officer complete all as specified and shown on drawings including 5mm thick EPU Flooring including painting of floor as directed. NOTE :- The items of Internal Electrification shown on drawings will be measured and paid seperately under the respective schedule of "Internal Electrification".

M & L for 200 mm thick spread thickness) of granular sub-base grade-II ,laid in two layers of 100 mm thick each, each layer spread rolled with motor grade using stone aggregate of size 40 to 60 mm grading as specified in MORTH specification, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Cost of rolling and and compaction of filled granular sub base is also deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted under this item. (b) Payment shall be made for solid quantity arrived after consolidation. (c) Compaction of granular sub base filling shall be carried out under optimum moisture conditions to achieve 98% of modified proctor density. (d) Curing shall be carried out as per IRC recommendations. (e) Before execution of this item the approved material obtained from outside MD land shall be tested/checked for suitability to use . The lead/royalty involved is to be ascertained by the contractor before quoting his tender and no extra payment/adjustment for increase in lead or rate of royalty due to whatsoever reason shall be admissible on this account. (f) Contractor shall use vibratory earth compactor in liew of power roller to achieve 98% modified proctor density (MPD) at OMC without any extra cost and method of cmpaction to be adopted as per recommendation of agency reporting max density at OMC. (g) Forming embankment shall be as per MORTH specifications as detailed in particular specifications.

M&L for providing 200 mm thick (Compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam, laid in two layers of 100 mm thick of each layer, spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required including necessary lateral support & form work, if required using crushed stone coarse aggregate of maximum size 40mm (of grading as specified & type of stone granite/trap/basalt) complete all as specified and as directed.
