SPECIAL REPAIR TO CERTAIN ROADS, D PARK, C PARK AND OTHERS INTERNAL ROAD OF CORPS CAMP IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE PANAGARH

Surface excavation n-exc 30 cm deep and average 15cm deep and getting out hard/dence soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick soling (or sub base )with brokern boulders or quarried stone,inter stices filled surface formed and rolled and consolidated required gradient and camber , complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling the soling of broken boulders or quarried stone not exc 15cm thickness with exc 8 ton to 10 ton power roller , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) water bound (WBM) with coarse stone aggregade of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size granite trap of basalt) spread,rolled of capacity 8 to 10 ton and consolidation to required gradient and camber,complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of surface by brushing with wire brushs for removing caked mud etc sweeping unsurfaced waterbound macadam with brooms finally fanning the cleaned surfaced with gunney bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bitumenous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) contents by weight total mix (Design Mix), mixed in hot plant and laid with mechanical paver,rolled and compacted with power roller to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2 mm thick, white/yellow hot thermoplastic road marking paint, confirming to BS standards 3262 with 20% of glass beads (intermixed) applied with manually operated machine suitable for hot application at desired temperature, painting as in strips (continuous or breaking) ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair's cat eye made of aluminium alloy shell and cleat PC cover of size 132x122x75mm (including back metal handle) both side reflector ,battery 1.2v 1400 Ma recharble Ni-CD battery,solar pan 0.4Wm light source 6pc super bright LED, colours red , green and blue, water proof grade IP>67,bearable weight over 29 tonne and to be fixed with epoxy resin adhesive after cleaning the road surface , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum or red bajri filling in layers of 10cm thick (compact thickness) spread, levelled and rolled and consolidated with 8 to 10 tones power roller including watering as in road side berms , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam using bitumen 4% (VG-30) by weight of total mix and mixed in hot mix plant, laid/rolled and compacted to rquired gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing exvacted soil exc 250m but n-exc 500m deposited , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregade)as on culvert, wall ,ballast wall and like any thickness etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm dia and over TMT Steel bar cut to length bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof, column floor slab landing and similar work n-exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) of rough finished concret surface , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concret type Bo 1:2:4 (12.5mmgraded aggregade) as a copping in lintel upto1.5 clear span cills,steps and other bands and water troughs and like includung weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throting , complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete below or above ground level n.exc 15 cm thickness and removal of soil to outside MD land as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fly ash brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan n exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conformed to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pcc 100 mm thick type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded agregade) as in sub base , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushion filling for floor,paver block, foundation etc including watering and consolidation , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of brocken stone or boulder grade of gauge n-exc 63mm deposited,spread and leveled in layer n-exc 15 cm thick water and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.
