Subwork No 1 Floating Platform Item NO 1 Providing and fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed design and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position making riveted / bolted /welded connections without connecting plates, braces etc. and including one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting of approved quality and shade etc. complete.

Item NO 2 Providing Gas or Electrical welding for structural steel section, plates as per detailed drawing. For less than 10 mm thick section.

Item NO 3 Providing and fixing H.D.P container Syntex or alike one piece moulded water tank made out of low density polythyler and built corrugation including of delivery up to destination hoisting and fixing of accessories such as inlet, outlet overflow of all tanks capacity above 1000 to 20,000 litres.

Item NO 4 Nut Bolts washers 12mm dia. 75mm long

Item NO 5 Providing and applying one coat of Gamma coating or equivalent such as Dr.Bake, Krishna conchem ,Asian Paint, Atul Limited, Burger Paint,epoxy primer 50 to 60 microns thick and covering two Coats of Gamma Coatings or equivalent such as Dr.Bake,Krishna Conchem, Asian Paint, Atul Limited, Burger Paints 30 microns thick each to new M.S.pipes and structural steel or concrete surface including repainting the surface by finishing by Solvent degreasing and de-rusting by applying chemical method and scaffolding is necessary required etc.complete as per manufacturers specifications.

Item No.6 Providing and supplying in standard lengths polyethylene pipes , confirming to IS 4984/14151/12786/13488 with necessary jointing material like mechanical connector i.e. thread / insert joint / quick relase coupler joint / compression fitting joint or flanged joint including all local and cenral taxes, transportation and freight charges inspection charges, loading / unloading charges, conveyance to the departmental stores / site and stacking the same in closed shade duly protecting from sunrays and rains etc complete. 110 mm dia H.D.P.E. pipe 12.5 kg/Sqcm

Item NO 7 Lowering laying and jointing H.D.P.E. pipes by heating to the ends of pipes with the help of teflon coated electric mirror / heater to the required temperature and then pressing the ends together against each other , to form a monolithic and leakproof joint by thermosetting process. The pressing may be required to be done with Jacks/ Hydraulic Jacks? Butt fusion machine etc complete with all materials labours as directed by Engineer- In-Charge , including given satisfactory hydraulic test. 110 mm dia H.D.P.E. pipe 12.5 kg/Sqcm

Item NO 8 Providing Specials for all type of pipes, 10 % of pipe cost.

Item NO 9 Providing, erecting triple spur gear type Chain Pulley Block suitable for capacity as below with 6 m lift complete with load chain and hand chain suitable for above lift, tested to 50% over load as per IS 3832 carrying ISI mark. 2 Tonne Capacity

Subwork No 2 Solar Pumping Machinery Item No.1 :-Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 7.5 HP capacity AC/DC solar water pump (SPV pump), comprising of min. 7.5 KWp capacity multi crystalline SPV modules mounted on GI Structure with necessary hardware with controller, suitable size HDPE delivery water pipe line up to 60 mtr length inside or above water tank/borewell with necessary control valves and necessary power supply cable of appropriate size complete with 5 years on site performance warrantee.
