CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 12mm Cement plaster of mix:

APPLYING 3D PAINTING ON WALLS

Providing and fixing hard board sheet ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid for separately) 12.49.1 Standard Quality board

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

EXTERIOR FINISHING Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

C.G.I. SHEETS ROOFING Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
