Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Water Cooled Screw chilling machine each having a minimum capacity of 200 TR (actual) at chilled water inlet/outlet temperature of 12.2°C/6.7°C and condenser water inlet/outlet temperature of 32.2°C/36.4°C , suitable for operation on refrigerant R-134a for screw type machine each comprising of the following complete as per specifications and as required. Condenser Pumps

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Vertical inline / Mono Block single stage condenser water pumping system set capable of delivering 800 GPM of water against 25 mtr head each comprising of the following and complete as required as per specifications.

Pump with bronze impeller, S.S Shaft, CI body and mechanical seal PN 16 rating of pump casing 25 mm dia dial type pressure gauges. With isolation ball valve etc.

Suitable HP, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor (IE-2), 1450 RPM, operating on 415 Volts ± 10 %, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply complete with suitable starter having overload protection and single phase prevention Mounting frame work with vibration isolation arrangement, coupling guard, foundation bolts and all other accessories.

CC Foundation

Chilled Water Pumps

Supplying, erection, testing and commissioning of Vertical inline / Mono Block single stage split coupled chilled water pump set capable of delivering 480 GPM of water against a head 35 Mtr. each pump shall comprise the following as required as per specifications.

Pump having bronze impeller, S.S Shaft, C.I body and mechanical seal PN 16 rating of pump casing

B41125 mm dia dial type pressure gauges. With isolation ball valve etc.

Duly insulated with 80 kg/cum density resin bonded fibre glass/ mineral wool (non combustible) having density of 144 kg cum duly cladded with aluminium sheets of 0.63mm thickness and properly clamped to pump in two as per specifications.

( 250 TR) heat rejection capacity with PVC fillings with integral louvers and drift eliminators open pan suitable for water distribution complete with hot FRP water basin either fitted with spray nozzles or having self rotating sprinklers, statically and dynamically balanced axial flow type fan-direct driven with suitable HP TEFC induction motor with IP-55 protection,IE-2,suction screen, make up and quick fill arrangement, overflow and drain connections and suitable inspection ladder, access arrangement for cooling tower interior, anti vibration mountings, CC foundation, steel/ masonary supporting structure etc. complete as per specifications and as required.

Hot Water Generator (HWG) (Winter Heating)

Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of electrically operated multibank Hot Water Generator of 300 KW actual capacity having bank as per manufacturer and each bank made of 8mm M.S. sheet and dish end made of 10mm M.S. having 16 gauge stainless steel lining with heaters arranged in banks and Controller and Thermostat so that 60 GPM hot water is generated at 50°C with nominal variation, including 75mm thick resin bonded fiber glass insulation of 24 Kg / CUM density finished with 1.25mm thick aluminium sheet cladding including necessary Electrical panel with BMS compatible having suitable Incoming and outgoing Switchgears for Boiler, automatic Controls including inlet and outlet connections for water complete with pressure release valve, low level cut-out, Autovent sight-glass as per specification complete as required.
