REPAIR/MAINT OF INTERNAL ELECTRICAL EQPT AND SUMMER COOLING APPLIANCES INCLUDING CONNECTED WORKS AT CHCC AND COLLEGE OF NURSING AREA OF AGE E/M (HOSP) UNDER GE E/M LUCKNOW

Material and labour for attending complaints i.e no light, earth leakage, short circuit, neutral break mains/ sub mains/ internal circuits of existing system of main building/ block, making continious electric supply including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to make the system in order/ functional including replacing fuse wire, copper cable, copper thimbles, glands, earthing wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of fuse wire, copper thimbles, glands, earthing wire are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, sockets or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceilings all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring complete with and including single core PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed flexible multistaranded copper conductor cables 1.5 Sqmm (22/0.30mm) 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including heavy grade PVC rigid conduits 20mm or higher dia as reqd at site totally concealed in walls / floors/ ceilings including all conduit accessories / fittings/junction boxes/ inspection covers etc of heavy grade, ISI marked and sunken terminal boxes of factory made 16 SWG pressed steel housing , totally concealed in walls covered with modular white colour cover plate with inner frame suitable to modular switch and sockets, fan regulators etc. including 1.5 Sqmm (22/0.30m) 1100 Volt grade FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic bodies of luminaires/ fans etc. at one end and to common earth dolly at other end all as specified , directed for:-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 6 Amps

(b) One fan point / exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 6 Amps and regulator

(c) One 5 pin 6 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one, switch on independent board

(d) One bell point controlled by one, bell switch 6 Amps

(e) One 5 pin 6 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on same board

All as per item No 3 here-in before but using 2.5 Sqmm single core copper conductor FRLSH cable of multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade for one 6 /16 amps socket combination point including necessary running of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to common earth dolly all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring complete with and including single core PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed flexible multistaranded copper conductor cables 1.5 Sqmm (22/0.30mm) 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including heavy grade PVC casing caping as reqd at site surface mounted on walls / ceilings including all accessories ISI marked and sunken terminal boxes of factory made 16 SWG pressed steel housing , totally concealed in walls covered with modular white colour cover plate with inner frame suitable to modular switch and sockets, fan regulators etc. including 1.5 Sqmm (22/0.30m) 1100 Volt grade FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic bodies of luminaires/ fans etc. at one end and to common earth dolly at other end all as specified , directed for:-
