S&F LED Street light 90 Watt with lense made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass aesthetically designed roadway luminiare with high power LED .as lighting source and lense embedded for area/path illumination as per national lighting code (SP 72:2010) by using security light of 90 watts (total input power), PF>0.95, operating performance temp- 10°C + 45°C LED module life span 50000 burning hrs, with toughened glass, external surge and over voltage protection device upto 440V, LED module & driver IP-66 rated duly ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, PVC insulated and FRLS PVC copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm 3 core, round sheated, flexible 1100 volts for connection from junction box to street lights fitting, complete all as specified .

S&F Pre-stressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long of cross section 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom class 10, including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint/over a coat of primer in black and white strips upto 1.5 mtr high, height from top of PCC, complete all as specified and directed. (PCC and earth work shall be measured separately).

S&F GI bracket for street light fitting bend to shape made out of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore upto 1.2 mtr long duly painted with one coat of aluminum paint etc complete with MS clamps of MS flat (40X5mm) with nuts/bolts/washers for fixing attangement of bldg and pole, complete all as specified.

Stretching only of loosened/broken existing any type of Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) consisting of any No of wire & any sizes by opening the binding wire from insulator and refixing after stretching with proper sag including strengthtening of ACSR conductor and re-binding the same on insulator and binding, complete all as specified .

S&F in replacement for LT line poly proplain composite phase separators moulded type suitable for horizontal/vertical 2 to 4 lines LT overhead lines, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exc 10 Sqm on plan for laying of cable and getting out,compete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick each layer, complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L Dry and clean fine sand for cable cushioning to underground cable protection, complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately). Note- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

S&F Cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately).

M& L for cement concreted (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/mass filling of poles, complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concreted (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/struts/ etc including necessary form work, fair finished surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concreted (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of stay assembly/feeder pillar/LT panel etc including necessary form work, fair finished surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel galvanised pipe, light grade, 40 mm nominal bore for cable protection with all fitting, complete all as specified.

S&F XLPE insulated, armoured,1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable of size 10 Sqmm nominal cross section, 4 core, aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of galvanized steel wire or tape, including jointing and testing, complete all as specified .

S&F street light pole cable junction box IP-65 of size 250mm x 200mm x 100mm and 4 Nos connecting terminals for I/C and O/G cable connection with metnic knockouts for cable entry and the box made out of thermal plastic material suitable for 10/16 sqmm UG cable including MCB SP 6Amp and clamps bolts, nuts duly painted etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule part-I, and as specified including the following :-(i) Galvanised steel earth plate of size 60cmsx60cmsx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level.(ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with char-coal and common salt in alternative layers (n.exc 15cms each layer).(iii) 4 mm dia (8 SWG) G.I earth wire from earth plate to main switch board including necessary GI bolts, nuts check nuts, washers, thimbles etc.(iv) 15 mm bore light grade, GI pipe for protection to earth-strip.(v) 20mm bore, medium grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontally to the earth pit. (vi) 50mm thick pre-cast cover of cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and MS angle iron 25x25x3mm frame including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces.(vii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance upto 50 metre as directed.

S&F automatic street light switch for automatic switching of street light/high mast light (timer switch) for three phase load light, digital timer 24 hrs alongwith suitable power contact as per IEC - 60947-4-1, including incoming & outgoing MCB, SMC enclosure support terminal and enclosed in pole/wall mounted factory made PVC enclosure, made out of rust, shock, termite proof and FRLS grade confirming to IP 54 of capacity 6 KW, Three phase, current rating 32/TP and MCB rating 40/TPN having facility of manual operation, complete all as specified.
