RMO of internal electrical installation, fire fighting, fire alarm, PA system, DG set & operation of lift & ventilation at community hall Pkt 20B, Sita puri as per inventory & terms and condition attached by deploying following staff:- a) Operator Grade-II- 1 No. In general shift as and when required. b) Khallasi– 1 No. Fortnightly as and when required. c) Wireman Grade-I – 1 No. - shall attend the sites of work between 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M at least once in a fortnight and as and when required.

System lumen efficacy ≥105 <120 lm/Watt output . LM79 & LM80 Test report from NABL lab for all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Rewinding of 5 H.P. open well pump set, 1 No., water seal 2 Nos. bearing bush 4 Nos, thrust plate 1 No., thrust bearing 1 No., impeller key 1 No. balancing of rotor 1 No., stamping repairing 1 No., epoxy paint of rotor 1 No., labour charges including cartage testing and commissioning etc. complete as required.

Lifting / Lowering of submersible pump set with the help of heavy duty T&P skilled man power including making water proof cable jointing, testing etc. complete as required

Supplying of high speed diesel for operation of DG set i/c cartage, storage, filling and arrangement of minimum 200 ltrs capacity tank at site in tank etc. complete as required.

Overhauling, checking, reconditioning, servicing, greasing of the diesel engine driven fire pump set of 52 HP capacity including necessary repairs, alignment of pump as required and re-testing & commissioning of the same complete as required. The Job also includes putting the same in automatic operation mode of the Main pump set to make it functional as per Delhi Fire Service requirements. (For SH-I)

Overhauling, checking, reconditioning, servicing, greasing of the Electric driven Main Fire hydrant pump set of 50 HP capacity including necessary repairs, alignment of pump as required and re-testing & commissioning of the same complete as required. The Job also includes putting the same in automatic operation mode of the Main pump set to make it functional as per Delhi Fire Service requirements. (For SH-I)

Overhauling, checking, reconditioning, servicing, greasing of the including necessary repairs including alignment of Jockey pump set of 7.5 HP capacity as required and re-testing & commissioning of the same complete as required. The Job also includes putting the same in automatic operation mode to make it functional as per Delhi Fire Service requirements. (For SH-II)

Overhauling, checking, reconditioning, servicing, greasing of the including necessary repairs including alignment of terrace pump set of 5 HP capacity as required and re-testing & commissioning of the same complete as required. The Job also includes putting the same in automatic operation mode to make it functional as per Delhi Fire Service requirements. (For SH-I)

Painting of Fire Fighting all equipments like Ms pipes of all size(150mm,100mm,80mm,65mm,50 mm,40mm,32mm & 25 mm dia),fire hydrant boxs,hose cabinets, MS fire shaft doors,FF panels , pumps & motors etc. along with bracket/clamp etc with minimum two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade after cleaning the surface of the same etc. complete as reqd.(Civil DSR 2023 item no. 13.99)

Reconditioning and making functional of existing Agni Make fire alarm control panel of 1 Zone i/c overhauling checking, servicing,testing & commissioning of the same after effecting necessary repairs/replacement of internal defective parts viz power supply card, zone card, re-wiring i/c re-testing & commissioning etc.complete as required, operating at 24 VDC comprising of audio & visual alarm indication of Fire, continuous status indications of Health/Fire/Faulty Zones, Fire/Fault test switches, zone isolation switch with indicators and also test switch for system test, sounder alarm. Silence alarm and a switch for resetting the whole system with audio-visual indications etc as required. The Job i/c's checking the entire system tracing and removing the faults in system, denting & painting the Fire Alarm control panel complete,i/c credit for defective/unserviceable spare parts .etc. complete as required. (For SH-II)
