Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 meter (200ft.) (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Racking out joints of brick work in cement or lime, mortar to a depth of 1 cm. (3/8") including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer in-charge within a distance of 60 m. (200ft.) (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Class 150 brick work in 1:5 cement & coarse sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in super Structure including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI No-309 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 6 part approved fine sand , minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm including supply of all materials labours and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per SI No 586 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Providing and laying of Vitrified tiles. including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per DSR 11.41.2 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Providing and applying plaster of peris putty of 2 mm thickness ver plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth Complete as per DSR 13.26 (GST will be paid extra as per applicable) including labour cess.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth interior paints of required shade new owrk (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm. over and including base coat of water proofing cement paints applled @2.20 kg/10 sqm. As per S.I. NO., 13.46.1 (GST will be paid extra as per applicable) including labour cess.

Apply priming coat over new wooden surface after and including preparing the surface throughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and second with wire brushes, fine steel/ wood scappers sand papering and knotting including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (GST will be paid extra as per applicable) including labour cess.

Painting first coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on wood or steel and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel standard make brushing to give an even shade and finish and including cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other forign matter sand papering and stripping including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (GST will be paid extra as per applicable) including labour cess.

Same as above Item but Painting IInd Coat over first coat painting as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (GST will be paid extra as per applicable) including labour cess.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 3000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. (GST will be paid extra as per applicable) including labour cess.

Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) (A) By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (i) For Grading I Material. (GST will be paid extra as per applicable) including labour cess.

Providing and laying of factory made 80 mm thick rubber moulded Interlocking cement concrete tiles (30mpa) including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding/ laying of Interlocking tiles leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with fine sand including the cost of material, labour T&P etc.required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge & As per SOR Road work New Item S. No.-1 (GST will be paid extra as per applicable) including labour cess.
