Providing and laying/fixing ceramic Glazed tiles 300X300mmmm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and laying/fixing 1st quality ceramic Glazed tiles (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Colour washing such as green blue or buff to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) with basecoat of whiting

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank

Providing and Fixing 1 mm thick M.S.Sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angel iron and M.S gusset plates at the junction and corners.all necessary fitting,including applying a primer coat of approved coat steel primer.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. C. flushing cistern including flushpipe (of approved make "manually controled device conforming to IS:7231, with all fittings andfixtures complete, including cutting and making goodthe walls and floors wherever required Orissa pattern white vitreous china W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm and 340x410x265mm sizes respectively
