Replacement of existing damaged trench slab Indoor switch yard and earth pits cover slab in and around 230 KV indoor switch yard and allied civil works.

Providing and placing RCC 1:1.5:@ using 6 to 12 mm HBG metal for precast cover slabs including cost of all materials, from work, curing, transporting and placing in position, lead, lift labour and mixing charges etc, complete., but excluding the cost of reinforcement. A. Inside Drain cover slab

Replacing the damaged fixed window glassed by providing new 6 mm thick wired glass for shutters including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Clean removal and chipping of concrete and roughening the surface including cost of labour, lead, lift, etc., complete and same debris away from the site.

Repairing of aluminium doors and refixing the same using the same materials with new rubbed beading, woolled felt, screws to its required position after cleaning of all sections including pivot. The rate includes the cost of all labour, accessories, lead, lift etc., complete and as per the instruction of the Engineer at site.

Brick work in CM 1:5 using Fly ash bricks of size 230*110*70 mm including at all levels including cost of all required materials,labour, lead, lift, finishing, curing etc, complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 over the concrete / BM surfaces at all levels both outside and inside of the building including cost of all material, hacking the surface, scaffolding lead, lift, curing, etc., complete as per the std. specification and direction.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 over the concrete / BM surfaces at all levels both outside and inside of the building including cost of all material, hacking the surface, scaffolding lead, lift, curing, etc., complete as per the std. specification and direction.

Painting the plastered surface with two coats of cement paint over the base cost of white with cement with approved colour and quantity cement paint including cost of all materials, watering, curing lead lift, etc., complete as per standard specification and direction.
