Supply and fixing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 3.5 core, 400 Sqmm fixing on wall with suitable saddles or under ground as required at site complete including lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, laying of HDPE pipe . and getting out in hard soil , complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Returning & filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soil complete all as specified & directed .

Supply and fixing HDPE Pipe of size 50 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of Earthing completely using Copper Bonded Rod of diameter more than 15mm and length of 10 feet below ground level .The material shall be low carbon high tensile copper bonded rods with 99.9 % of copper on the surface. pit shall be filled with highly conductive and eco friendly ground enhancing compound as per IEC 62561- 7 shall be not less than 30Kg per pit & PCC 1:3:6 Earth Pit chamber of size 310mm×300×170mm(W×L×H) with Cast iron cover complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 25× 4mm GI fixed to wall using insulated earth strip at every 2 feet ditsance earthing strip should be fixed from 6th to ground floor and necessary termination with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Exisiting concrete supporting block of pumps and motor excedding 15cm of thickness above and below ground level all specfied and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in support of Base frame with MS bolts placed in concrete and hardstanding finishing even and fair without using extra cement all as specified. Note: Location of bolts and size of bolts should macht the previous one

M& L for Disconnecting centrifugal pump from motor, suction and delivery pipe line of any Make, model and taking down packing for removing and insertion of new shaft sleeves or remove Bearing using bearing puller gear and fix new bearings and greasing all parts, coupling pump to motor and check for proper shaft alignments such that no vibration produce during opertion of following capacity pumps, complete all as specfied and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Lay in repair LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 4 Core x 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is including in the quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. The excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection etc will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

S & F in repair looping box of size 130mm x 130mmx77mm weather proof IP66/67 including connector blocks four way having suitable size bolt to connect upto 6sqmm x 2 core cable two Nos with the help of suitable gland, thimble nuts, washers supports by flat aluminium clamps not less than 25 mm x 3mm with suitable size nuts, bolts and washers inside and outside looping box including fixing with electric pole and taking out old one of any type complete as directed. Scrapping of paint complete pump and motor, base frame and accessories complete including making new synthetic enamel paint of two coats over a coat of red oxide primer of motor of capacity 15 HP to 75 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair fabrication of Iron frames size and thickness as per existing on site including nut bolts, washers , two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair rubber vibration pads heavy duty for base frame as per sample suitable for the following size of pumpsets :-

Supply and laying in replacement of spigot and socket ductile iron water tubing having cement mortar lining on inner surface and one coat of bituminous paint over exposed surface ISI marked, IS No. 8329:2000, including rubber joint of suitable size, class K-9 laid on wall/roof/floor/trenches with proper alignment as per site requirement and carryout testing against leakage before filling the trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.
