Material and labour for water proofing to sunken portions of WCs, bathroom and kitchen etc by applying water based, cold applied, single component, elastomericin-situ seamless monolithic coating ready to use acrylic modified bituminous liquid membrance with the procedure in sequence all as specified and as directed. SURFACE PREPARATION (i) Removing all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease and foreign matter by jet of dry air and cleaning the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application. (ii) Repairing all cracks by cutting “V” groove and fill with PMC mortar prepared in the ratio of Shalicrete : cement : sand (1:2:5) or equivalent. (iii) Providing 50 mm x 5

0 mm coving made out of PMC mortar as above. MATERIAL PREPARATION (i) Stir TarFelt® LM or equivalent by a slow speed mixture (approx. 400 rpm) fitted with a suitable mixing paddle to ensure a homogenous mix. (ii) After stirring, wait for the product to settle in order to let entrapped air escape.
