M&L for 8 mm thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rolled mild steel work in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated); steel confirming to Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new steel surfacesof any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade or tint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed plates, apex stones and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of plastered /concrete surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper of approved shade or tint over a coat of compatible primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L complete removal of existing treatment on old wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper of approved shade or tint over a coat of 3 mm thick cement based wall care putty including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing Gl frame work for seamless ceiling of grid size 605 x 605mm comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) supporting false ceiling of grid size 605 x 605mm, adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with best quality sub class "B" bricks(old size), locally available, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removing rubbish from site of work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 4.0 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality, and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles, coloured , 10 mm thick (Square /Rectangular), polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm , laid in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles confirming to IS:13712 Z(b)(iii), coloured , 10 mm thick (Square /Rectangular), polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm , laid in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground (level) and lowering if necessary, removal of the rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L providing PCC 1:2:4, type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in flooring in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel windows with side hung shutters (Glazed & gauzed shutters both combined) including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Glazing & Wire gauze/wire mesh in filling of panels of shutters shall be payable seperately under relevant item of this Schedule).

S&F Pressed steel frames of size 125 x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete all as specified and directed

S&F 35mm thick second class hardwood, factory made, plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces complete all as specified and directed (Note: The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated ).

Supply and fixing 2nd class hard wood, 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutter , open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, Clause 8.20 (b) supplied and fitted to chowkats.

M&L providing cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in back filling of chowkhats of pressed steel frame and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new wood and wood based surfaces of any descriptionover 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ist quality) over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 200 mm long aluminum (anodized) barrel tower bolts of extruded section, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 250 mm long Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100 mm size Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium handles, cast type anodised of size 150 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.
