The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity upto 42°C ambient temperature. Min 5 year Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty both compressor and Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Must comply : Temperature sensing control IS /International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 60730, hermetic compressor IS 10617, heat exchanger IS 11329, capacitor IS 2993 and motor IS 12615. Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS: 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbow, nipple, long screw, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted including cost of all materials ,jointing materials, cutting pipes, making threads ,etc as directed complete in all respect.

Fabrication and installation of outdoor unit wall bracket suitable for 1.0 TR air-conditioning system, fabricated from 75X35 MS C-section, ISA 50 mm angle and 40 × 5 mm MS flat including cutting, welding, grinding, drilling of holes, providing necessary stiffeners, anti-corrosive red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete with supply of all materials, labour and T&P. The bracket shall be installed firmly on the wall with suitable anchor fasteners/bolts, ensuring proper alignment, level and load-bearing capacity to facilitate installation and future maintenance of the outdoor unit, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
