Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cables/erection of pole etc complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not less than 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 3 metre in depth for pole foundation etc complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers with hard/dense soil not exceeding 25 cm thick in each layer complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as directed.

Sand cushioning with a layer of river sand 23 cm thick under and above the cable complete all as directed. (Note: Punned / compacted thickness shall be measured for payment purpose).

Sub class B burnt clay brick designation 75 (old size) for cable protection complete all as directed.

GI tubing light grade 80mm with all accessories for cable protection fixed on poles/buildings of laid in trenches including necessary MS clamps, bolts and nuts etc complete all as directed.

GI tubing light grade 50mm with all accessories for cable protection fixed on poles/buildings of laid in trenches including necessary MS clamps, bolts and nuts etc complete all as directed.

GI tubing light grade 40mm with all accessories for cable protection fixed on poles/buildings of laid in trenches including necessary MS clamps, bolts and nuts etc complete all as directed.

Horizontal trenchless bore drilling using mechanical pneumatic drilling using mechanical pneumatic drilling equipment for passing and including cost of HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure hard standing, depth range not less than 0.75m and up to 1.0 m and making good to disturbed surface of road complete all as directed. Note: unit rate deemed to be including cost of deposit and taking permission from civil authorities.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electrical power cable 3.5 core 240 sqmm heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 (LT) volts grade, confirming to IS 7098 (Part I) 1988, laid in trenches, passing through pipes/ducts with cable end connections with suitable size of cable glands and thimbles with nuts, bolts, washer complete all as directed.

(a) MCCB 4 pole, 160 Amp with ultimate breaking capacity icu -16kA at 415 volts and thermal magnetic release conforming to IEC 60947 Part-I/IS-13947-Part-I-01 No (As Incomer)

(b) MCCB 4 pole, 63 Amp with ultimate breaking capacity icu -16 kA at 415 volts and thermal magnetic release conforming to IEC 60947 Part-I/IS-13947-Part-I-02 No (As Outgoing).

Earthing using GI strip as earthing lead complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit lass than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron as earthing lead strip 25 x4 mm (up to 7.5 meter length) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and connected to earthing test point including excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & salt, PCC pit, CI covers, funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and testing on complete all as directed. (For LT Panels).

Earthing continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe of fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 25 x4 galvanized iron strip complete all as directed.

Pole mounted shock, rust and weather proof SMC junction box of size 170mmx170mmx105mm internal size IP-65 with suitable holes drilled and mounted supports, heavy duty 4 way terminal block for cable terminals in and out with 6A MCB SP, class 'B' series 10 KA-01, locking arrangements and fixing arrangement with necessary cable gland, MS clamps of 25mm x3mm-02 Nos with GI bolts nuts and washers etc complete all as directed. Make -Syntex/Hensel/Denson.

Wiring with three runs of 1.5 sqmm FRLS copper wire from Street light junction box to Fittings drawn through and including PVC conduit medium grade of 20 mm bore fitted to pole with MS clamps of size 20 x 3 mm ,connected to street light fitting complete all as directed.

Dismantling Cross arms of MB channel or angle section support, nuts and bolts clamps, anti climbing device danger board, insulator etc without any damage to existing pole and making good the surface complete all as directed.

Dismantling of existing stay assembly complete without any damage to existing pole and making good the surface complete all as directed.(Note :-demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation measured separately).

Taking down earth wire 4 mm dia complete all as directed.

Taking down ACSR conductors without any damage to existing pole and making good the surface complete all as directed.

Taking down street light fitting safety without any damage to existing pole and refixing the same after dismantling of OH conductors and connecting up as required at site complete all as directed.

Dismantling of insulator any type and size with out any damage to existing pole and making good complete all as directed.

Dismantling of pre stressed cement concrete pole 09 metre complete all as directed.

Note:- Schedule of credit(-) Rs 28,800.00 shall be deducted from the Quoted BOQ amount to arrive Net Sum of tender
