M & L for demoliton of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for and demolition procedure like cutting out of full depth of (100 to 450mm) existing damaged/shattered concrete slab with diamond wheel cutter or carbide tipped wheel saw to provide a pressure relief cut within the patch area prior to boundary sawing, in proper rectangular, square or triangular shape perimeter without disturbing adjacent slab, after the repair area is isolated by full - depth saw cuts, making small pieces, lift and removing the deteriorated concrete slab pieces from its position and removing to a distance exc 1.0 Km and not exceeding 5 Km complete all as specified.

M&L for dry lean cement concrete (DLC) of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 days average compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa, minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg / Cum , mixed in batching plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction ) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achive minimum dry density , including necessary finishing etc complete all as per specified tolerance to be as per Table 900-1 of Morth specificationsfor road and bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors / pavings or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (virgin quality ) Water proof, wrinkle witout punvture having minimum weight 390gram / Sqm over tack coat / sand cushion as specified in the design with over lap between adjacent strips and transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Sand layer shall be measured and paid separatly and overlapping of HDPE sheet shall be included in this unit rate.

M&L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense , non-porous and durable pieces og crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sabd or combination of both using minimum 400 Kg of cement/Cum as per design mix including mixing of non circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39 UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate specified by manufactuerer , PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.5m width, including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed,as per required surface texturing as specified in clause No. 10.1, 14 and Table 9 of IRC 15-2017.

Note:- (1) Supply of Polyester non-circular fibre as secondary reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (2) All joints shall be measured and paid separately. (3) In the event of increase in cement content as per design mix, nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rates are deemed to be included for the same. (4) Finishing including brooming shall be carried out strictly as per laid down instructions. (5) Numbering of PQC slabs shall be engraved using brass letters of approved size and thickness.

Supply only non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement all as manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 25mm width expansion joints in concrete slab full depth of PQC by early entry with saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges, joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, joint made dry, vaccum cleaned and free from dirt,oil, vegetation and other debriesthen joint filled with pre-moulded 25mm thick compressiable polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified , therafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movements at an interval of 30min before placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed link, polyethylene foam backup rod of 30mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealent complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003 with minimum movement accomadation factor (MAF) of + 30 %

having minimum 10 years performance gurantee, applying masked tape after filling of sealent as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Edges of joints shall be rounded up by mechanical means at the time of final cutting. (2) Initial cutting shall be carried out within 24-36 hours of casting. (3) Final cutting, rounding of edges, inserting filler board, use and waste of back up rod over and to prevent the filler board & to avoid deposition of foregion materials in the joint upto final filling of joints shall be carried out after 28 days. (4) Applying marking tape on the edges of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the marking tape after sealant is applied as required.

M&L for cutting construction joint 25mm deep 10mm by early entry with saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges, joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, joint made dry, vaccum cleaned and free from dirt,oil, vegetation and other debries , application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movements at an interval of 30min before placing the backup and pouring sealent, placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed link, polyethylene foam packup rod of 12mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealent complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003 with minimum movement accomadation factor (MAF) of + 30 % having minimum 10 years performance gurantee, applying masked tape on the edges of the joint

and removing the masking tape after filling of sealent as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for cutting out existing damaged concrete slab with cutter in proper rectangular, square or triangular shape correction of cracks, Edges, Repair of potholes and undulations Providing and laying of single component self-leveling PU based fast setting elastomeric concrete like ShaliPatch EC / DELPATCH or equivalent as approved by GE, after through mixing with and electrically operated paddle stirrer having setting time of 1 to 1 1/2 hour and yeild of 1800 kg/cum with a prior coat polyurethane based single component fast drying primer like ShaliPrime PUM or equilent applying @ 100ml/Sqm after cutting the damaged area to proper geometrical shape with min depth of 25mm and clearing the surface throughly with air jet.

M & L for Preparation of newl painted bituminous / concrete, flexible or rigid surfaces over 10cm width and applying two coats of runway marking paint water based (white / golden / yellow / Black ) over a coat of primer to lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc with necessary painting rollers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of damaged / broken concrete pavement slab surface and applying "SURE BOND" or its equivalent, self adhesive cold apply polimer modified high tack bituminous instant runway / Tarmac crack sealing Tape of 75mm width, 2Kpa thick having quick release film on one side Runway / Pavement / Tarmac crack to form high strength water proof layer complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of damaged / broken concrete pavement slab surface and applying "SURE BOND" or its equivalent, self adhesive cold apply polimer modified high tack bituminous instant runway / Tarmac crack sealing Tape of 50mm width, 2Kpa thick having quick release film on one side Runway / Pavement / Tarmac crack to form high strength water proof layer complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified and as directed.

M & L for making good of cracks, joints, pot hole stuffer in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) of any size and depth by 'CONCRE-FLO' or it's equivalent, Streaming concrete crack stuffer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making good of cracks / broken edges in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by cutting groves / making shapes as directed by Eng-in-charge not exceeding 10mm wide at top and not exc 40mm deep and applying "RUNPHALT" bitumen tubing / robe for filling of 5 to 7mm width of cracks on the runway with help of screw driver pushing it inside the crack then apply direct flame 20-30 seconds through torch method after filling the crack complete ,the crack shall becovered / sealed with "SURE-BOND" instant Runway crack sealing tape complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making good of cracks / broken edges in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by cutting groves / making shapes as directed by Eng-in-charge not exceeding 10mm wide at top and not exc 40mm deep and applying "RUNPHALT" bitumen tubing / robe for filling of 7mm to 12.5mm width of cracks on the runway with help of screw driver pushing it inside the crack then apply direct flame 20-30 seconds through torch method after filling the crack complete ,the crack shall becovered / sealed with "SURE-BOND" instant Runway crack sealing tape complete all as specified and directed.
