M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 laying floor finishes and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , etc complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450x300x7mm thick, vertical surfaces such as dados over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 to receive tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, etc complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each(without taking off shutters from the frames), etc complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and removing fan of any sweep any height from electrical connection bringing down, dismantling, cleaning internally & externally thoroughly, refixing in original position with new down rod and clamp including cable from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and directed. Note: New fan down rod will be measured and paid in a seperate item.

M&L for fixing GI Tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised of size 20 mm dia, with all fitting and fixed for hanging ceiling fans including cutting , nuts and bolts to fix at hooks and fans including spray paint after 2 coats of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed.
