M & L for Repair and Maintenance of split type AC's of capacity 1.5/2 TR comprising of the following tasks installed at different locations including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) Inspecting and checking the Indoor/outdoor units for noise free operation (b) Checking the electrical connection for tightness (c) Cleaning the condenser with cleaning agent followed with pressurized water and cleaning the cooling coil with air blower.(d) Greasing/Oiling of condenser fan motor and blower motor.
