Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil in hard/ dense including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m all as directed. Note : (i) Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers. (ii) The excavation work may be carried out in short lengths for locating fault in under ground cables at different locations.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and not exceeding 3 mtr depth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soils) including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil (Soils) not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note. Only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class HV, type I, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, factory made, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Relaying PCC Cable cover/brick for cable protection retrived from item item No 01 here-in-before.

M&L for auger boring of holes under road, payment, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for inserting of 100mm GI Pipe. Note 1. Length of bore hole under road/pavement shall be as per site reqirement. 2. GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respctive item.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable/ corroded GI tubing 100mm bore of any description and Supplying, laying & jointing GI tubing, 100 mm bore, Light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / ducts / horizontal bore hole/ along pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable/ corroded GI tubing 80mm bore of any description and Supplying, laying & jointing GI tubing, 80 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / ducts / horizontal bore hole/along pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing damage/unservisable PVC\Pilca insulated, armoured, aluminium conductor 11000V grade cable of any size and core from trenches, pipes, walls and/or poles, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing 11 KV (Earthed), aluminum conductor, screened, XLPE insulated, armoured shielded and PVC sheathed cables conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) amended upto date having cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Earth work, sand cushioning, pipe and PCC cable protection cover shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of sch 'A'.

Disconnecting defective outdoor/ indoor power distribution transformer of capacity 50 KVA to upto and including 200 KVA from HT/ LT sides draining out complete transformer oil & storing the same in suitable containers ( to be arranged by contractor ) opening the top cover and lifting up the core assembly carefully to check the condition of transformer winding core, retanking the same after repair, refilling the transformer oil after dehydration and filteration (dehydration and filteration to be paid separately) including checking of leakage of transformer body and welding works required for making transformer body leak proof, transportation of transformer from site to workshop and from site to work shop and re-installation the same at any site complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting defective outdoor/ indoor power distribution transformer of capacity 250 KVA to upto and including 500 KVA from HT/ LT sides draining out complete transformer oil & storing the same in suitable containers ( to be arranged by contractor ) opening the top cover and lifting up the core assembly carefully to check the condition of transformer winding core, retanking the same after repair, refilling the transformer oil after dehydration and filteration (dehydration and filteration to be paid separately) including checking of leakage of transformer body and welding works required for making transformer body leak proof transportation of transformer to and from site to work shop and re-installation the same at any site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of burnt /defective HT copper coil with new one made out of super enamelled heavy duty copper wires of size matching to the existing one including varnishing, drying and insulating material in transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of burnt /defective LT copper coil with new one made out of super enamelled heavy duty copper wires of size matching to the existing one including varnishing, drying and insulating material in transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Note : 1. Contractor shall arrange the oil testing machine and install at MES complaint cell of respective area. 2. Oil sample shall be collected from transformer in a air tight container and shall be tested at MES complaint cell of respective area in presence of MES rep. Amt of testing machine and container shall demmed to included in quoted rates.

Dehydration and filteration of existing transformer oil using transformer oil filteration plant to eliminate foreign particles and to improve di-electric strength upto 50 KV at 2.5mm electrode gap and to bring the acidity within the permissible limit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling transformer oil for topping up the level of oil/ new filling, having dielectric strength 40 - 60 KV during filling after initial filteration, conforming to relevent IS-335 (Transformer oil to be supplied in sealed container) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of transformer upto 200 KVA capacity with good quality two coats of synthetic enameled paint using spray gun with compressed air on complete external portion of transformer including preparation of surface by scrubbing, cleaning ,stains greasy spots, dusts etc, The painting of transformer shall be carried out in situ ie. on four pole structure or in sub station at different places including writting SM/MES number complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to arresting of leakage / replacement of worn out spindle (rod) / bushing / tap changer etc of any capacity transformer indoor/ outdoor type of any make & model, in position by disconnecting electric connection as required from HT/LT side cable box or bushing or jumper, opening of top cover with the help of mechanical Machine/ men power, drain out tranformer oil up to required level and to replace worn out spare / component with new one including replacement of UNSV gas kit set of top cover and making necesary inetrnal & external connection, refilling drain out oil etc complete all as specified

All as per item No 66 here in before but arresting of oil leakages from body / tubes fins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 66 & 67 Any spares required will be measure paid under respective items of this schedule.

Disconnecting and taking out old U/S battery charger and Supply ,Installation, Testing and commissioning of 24 Volt DC ,low maintenance type chargeable stationary battery set comprising of 12 cells of 02 volts each having 100 Amp hour capacity batteries including battery charging set of adequte capacity and control equipment in sheet steel cabinet of 2.0 mm Thick floor mounted type suitable for input of 230 volts single phase 50 Hz AC complete with internal & External wiring of all components accessories, all as specified for 11 KV VCB panels, with complete control wiring (for connecting the DC tripping system to HT 11 KV VCB panel board of TOP complete ) wiring shall be of copper conductor single core and size not less than 2.5 Sqmm complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note. cost of control wiring up to VCB panel shall deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.

Taking down the existing relays (Three phase over current and earth fault relays) fixed in 11KV HT panels and replace new (Three phase over current and earth fault relays) model No M 61 A Aux supply 110 volt with (2NO+2NC) CT rating current 1 Amp to 5 Amp complete Cat Part No MC61AAXX001 of L&T or equivalent make specified in Appx 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing, caliberation and testing of 11KV, 400/600 Amp VCB indoor type along with control panel and control wiring protection system and relays by primary & secondary injection system all as directed including testing of battery bank/battery charges/ DC system, rectification of fault if any all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out non functional VCB of any description and any make of rating 11 KV, 400 Amps/630 Amps dismantling / opening of the VCB for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling / servicing and its testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Cost for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. Material and labour for cleaning and preparation of all existing steel surfaces of straight steel tubular poles 11mtrs long for painting including mild steel cross arms, clamps and street light brackets, MS boxes etc and applying one coat of aluminium paint all round the exposed steel surfaces of existing steel tubular poles of any description and in any position above the height of 1.50 mtr from the plinth of the pole and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint of different colours in strips of 150mm width upto the height 1.5 mtr from the plinth of pole including writing pole No and other sign works with white paint over black painted base in the pattern and style as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified & directed.
