Structural design & drawings based on IS 3370-1965 (Part I to IV) or its latest amendment of given tentative layout to be finalized by the engineer in charge on contractor's design and drawing (Vetted from IIT/NIT or any govt. Engineering college). The design is based on all relevant technical specification as given herewith tender and as per relevant BIS codes with due consideration for seismic and wind force on a suitable foundation as required on the basis of soll investigation report provided by department the OHT have a minimum free board of 15 cm from bottom of beam below slab or dla of over flow pipe plus one flange width whichever is greater or as provided in IS 1911 pear III 1978 and Its latest amendment. 01 meter wide RCC stair case seperate on two column & 01 meter wide balcony at Junction of cone wall & vertical wall periphery level, Gl pipe railing consisting of 20 mm dia medium class Gl pipe in three rows and angle iron 60mmx60mnix6mm posts around balcony at 1 meter spacing & at the top dome periphery. MS ladder made of 60x60x6mm Angle iron and 20mm dla plain bar from balcony to the top of tank and Inside the tank, supply and fixing M.H. Cover with locking device, ventilator and lightning conductor, electronic water level Indicator, 40 mm CC 1:2:4 over 80 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 In apron, 150 mm semi circular drain around the tank, escape channel of 20 meter length, box type enclosure at the entrance of the stair case having locking arrangement, two coat of apex paint over one coat of primer, cement putti and one coat of cement wash. The rates Included structural design, supply of all material, labour T&P and testing of water tightness of the tank and maintenance of tank for 24 month etc complete. Supply and fixing hexagonal/Round G.P.fan box of approved make made up of 1.0 mm thick ISI Marked G.P.sheet spot welded Four to Eight holes of 25.4 mm for pipe entry of the box. Holes should be semi-shuttered type with 0.5 mm G.P. Sheet made upper & lower cover duly screwed fitted with 300 mm round zink coted M.S Bar X 12 mm & brand name should be embossed. Fixing with wiring conduit laid in the R.C.C. roof before concreting alongwith supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(UPPWD 2018 S.I. NO. 1149)
