Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of not less than 20 HP VRV/VRF outdoor unit, top discharge, hot & cold type with ceiling suspended duct type VRV indoor unit (not less than 16 TR) comprising of accessories like compressors sub-panel, air filters, evaporator coil, blower assembly capable of developing 250 Pascal or more standard static pressure, with Outdoor Units having PCD Controlled mechanism during Snowy Season, automatic control valves (sensor based), copper refrigerant piping of recommended size & thickness duly insulated with nitrile rubber (25mm thick) for liquid and vapour line of lengths as per the site requirement from indoor unit to outdoor unit. Nominal Cooling Capacity not less than 55 KW. Ambient Temperature Range of Cooling: 0 to 45⁰C Nominal Heating Capacity not less than 55 KW. Ambient Temperature Range of Heating: - 15 to 20⁰C Refrigerant piping:- Copper liquid line/gas line as per OEM Catalogue. Refrigerant :- R410A/equivalent with zero Ozone Depletion potential. Power Source:- 3 phase, 4-wire ,380-415V 50Hz. Noise level < 70 db External finish- pre-coated galvanized steel sheets heat exchanger-salt resistant cross fin and copper tube. The job includes puncturing of walls/beams for laying of liquid, vapour & condensate pipes along with restoration of same to original decor.The out door unit shall be provided with power scanner and L-shaped exhaust duct with bird screen.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 50 mm Heavy Duty PVC pipe for draining of condensed water from the evaporator coil. (Brackets clips etc included).

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of three phase Copper Wound oil immersed Servo voltage stabilizer of 30 KVA capacity as per ISI specification. input 240-450v, output-420v ± 5% 50 Hz. The servo voltage Stabilizer is to be filled with ISI marked T oil upto the required level.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 24 swg sheet metal ducts fabricated from galvanised steel sheets (GI) complete with all accessories, straight & smooth finished G.I flanges with air tight joints for connecting of the ducts, all 90º elbow must be provided with double radius turning vanes, all rectangular duct taps should be made with shoe (45º) fittings i/c supports for hanging of ducts and shall be in compliance as per SMACNA norms. The job also includes supply and fixing of external thermal insulation of 19 mm thick nitrile rubber on the duct before applying thin film of adhesive on the back of the insulating material sheet and then on the metal surface and sealing of joints with 75 mm wide aluminium tape and piercing of walls through which supply/return duct to be laid.( as per the drawings provided during the execution).

Providing and fitting of powder coated extruded aluminum supply air diffusers with GI volume control dampers suitable for concealed fixing arrangement as per the site requirement. The diffusers shall be provided with anti smudge ring and removable central core. Diffusers shall have soft continuous rubber/ foam gasket between the periphery of the diffusers and the surface on which it has to be mounted.

Providing and fitting of powder coated extruded aluminum return air diffusers suitable for concealed fixing arrangement as per the site requirement. The diffusers shall be provided with anti smudge ring and removable central core. Diffusers shall have soft continuous rubber/ foam gasket between the periphery of the diffusers and the surface on which it has to be mounted.

Providing & fitting of powder coated extruded aluminum air grille The volume control device of extruded GI construction in black anodized finish shall be provided in supply air duct collars. The grille shall be suitable for concealed fixing and horizontal bars of the grille shall be mechanically crimped from the back to hold them.

Providing & fitting of powder coated extruded aluminum return air grille with louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required.

Providing & fitting of volume control dampers of 18 swg of opposed blade type of an approved type, lever operated and complete with suitable level links & quadrants, locking devices, which will permit the dampers to be adjusted and locked in any position.

Providing and fitting of fresh air inlet multiple louver type damper with air filter and bird screen connected to fresh air duct in the machine room.
