M&L for dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC slab, Ceiling, columns, beams, chajjas, balkonies, staircase and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes,removing of rust from existing steel surfaces with rust removers of SIKKA rustoff 100 applied in two coats @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm per coat of steel surface and cleaning all rust with steel wire brush and washed with water and allowed to dry incl S&F welded fabric GI wire mesh or wire, size not less than 75 x 75 mm and 3 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete. After placing the additional re-inforcement, all concrete surfaces shall be throughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry. To this surface, apply chemical policrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement and providing minimum 30mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 partof ordinary Portland Cement 53 grade and 2 parts of ghaggarsand mixed with adhesive /admixture at the rate as directed) with a pressure of 2 2 to 2.5 Kg per Sqm by gunitingmachine and surfaces finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering /form work etc and finally applying 5 mm cement thick plaster in CM 1:3 complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Wherever steel reinforcement required will be measured and paid saperately.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like n. exc. 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floors finishes complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60 mm thick, M-35 grade machine pressed rubber foam moulded precast interlocking concrete paver block in any shape and size as approved confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment over 40 mm thick sand cushioning complete as per manufacturer's specification & drwaing and as directed.

S&F in repair cat eye road stud of size 90 x 110x 17 mm, made of heavy duty ABS body, conforming to ASTM std having load capacity of 60 tonne with reflactors on both sides and fixed with epoxy athesive on road as per Manufacturer's Instructions complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair speed bumps made form heavy duty ABS body with high resistance wear & tear property, US stablished black & yellow combination, high reflective, reflactor having size 250 x 350 x 53 mm fixed on road with four nos bolts / nails with each bumps all as per Manufacturer's Instructions including hollow space of speed bump to be filled with PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC, PVC (SWR) or re-inforced concrete) set in cement mortar incl any type of PCC bed under or haunching around, internal dia / bore of pipe 200 mm incl removing debries outside MOD land complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 1.89 but internal dia /bore of pipe 300mm complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, drains, coping, benching, incl necessary use and waste of form work complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete uing extra cement included forms moulds etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required of 150 mm dia of pipe complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 200 mm dia bore pipe complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading laveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm in any type of soil complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing Excavated material exc. 1.5KM n. exc. 5.0 KM (Outside MoD land) and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
